Zhangjiajie Shanyou Hotel (Wulingyuan National Forest Park Store)

We are a family of three traveling independently. This hotel exceeded my expectations; the room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit in the future.

Staying at Shanyou Hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, and the riverside view with lush greenery outside the window was incredibly calming and beautiful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the rice noodles made fresh by the auntie were absolutely delicious. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful, even assisting us with booking discounted tickets to local attractions. Highly recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem! From the outside, it looks a bit unassuming, but the interior decor is surprisingly good. It definitely holds its own against chain hotels like Ji Hotel. Everything inside is very new, and the decor is clean and minimalist. The best part is how spacious it is – the bed is 1.35 meters wide, which is super comfortable, and the shower and toilet are separate, both with plenty of room. Plus, the front desk service is excellent; they even help with your luggage.

Booked this hotel for a trip with my mom and it was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and even though it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no smell!! This was super important as my mom is very sensitive to odors. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and very clean. The entire room is smart-home enabled, and all the staff we encountered were super friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, and the boiled eggs were perfectly cooked – so delicious, haha! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! 👍🏻

The room was quite spacious, and they have parking. The service was very friendly, and the place was clean. The overall living environment was great. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is convenient, and it's also quite close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Overall, a very good experience.

Had a great stay here! The concierge was incredibly helpful, even assisting with booking discounted tickets which saved us a lot of hassle. They also patiently explained different tour routes. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was prompt. It's conveniently located for food and lodging, offers good value for money, and is a perfect base for exploring.
