We spent two nights in this hotel. We had booked for one night only and we liked the hotel so much that we also booked the next night. The hotel is completely new and beautiful and also very clean! It's the best we found in China during our vacation! Excellent breakfast! The staff is very kind and welcoming! Free laundry service. They organized the transfer from the airport and also back to go away with very nice and comfortable cars. The staff is very welcoming! They helped us whenever we needed it, even if unfortunately they don't speak English but with the tradition on the phone they gave us great support and always with the highest kindness! Inoltre una buona posizione, a 20’ a piedi dal gate east. Suggerisco questo hotel fortemente!

The service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to mention Zhang Xiaoyuan, who went out of her way to assist us—despite our language barrier, we communicated smoothly via WeChat and Google Translate, which was greatly appreciated. We also got a free pick up service in a luxury van and managed to check in early - you also get a free tea experience on the 7th floor.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the east gate of the national park. There are also several restaurants within a 5 to 10-minute walk, offering plenty of dining options.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good mix of options including some Western choices like toast, cakes, and watermelon. The freshly made rice noodles and eggs stood out as the highlights for me given that I’m gluten free and vegetarian.
Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a Japanese toilet and a soothing hot tub—a lovely touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. The king-sized bed provided a great night’s sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a few days if you plan to spend time in the national park.

As I mentioned in my last review, this hotel was amazing. Everything is completely automated - the toilet, the curtains. Very high-tech. Can't wait to come back someday :-)

The newly opened hotel in 2025 is not far from the east gate of the forest park. The starting price of a taxi is 6 yuan. It is also very convenient to eat around.

Facilities: almost new

From the beginning of the reservation, the customer service sister contacted carefully and confirmed the arrival flight to arrange the airport pick-up. Before getting off the plane, I received a call from the lovely driver to remind me to pick up the airport.
It happened to rain heavily on the first day of stay. In the afternoon, I took a break in the hotel and borrowed the chess and card room. The employees made dumplings together. The lively atmosphere infected us, and even brought us a plate of steaming dumplings.
To add breakfast, it can't be said to be rich, but basically everything you want is available. The wontons and cold dishes made by the aunt herself are very delicious. I ate them for two days and was very satisfied.
In short, this is a hotel worth living in when traveling to Zhangjiajie. I really recommend it.
