Days Inn Properties in Zhangjiajie

Amazing, amazing, amazing hotel to complete my Zhangjiajie trip experience altogether. The lobby ambience was very modern, the check-in service was extremely welcoming and polite, and the room was super spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the 72 Wonder Towers. Although the laundry level was under renovation during our stay, the staff helped to arrange laundry service at the neighboring hotel, and the JI Hotel team was very understanding and accommodating as well. Our 4 days 3 nights stay was filled with gloomy and rainy weather, but we always looked forward to returning to the hotel to rest and relax after a long day outside. Everything was great, nothing more to complain about. Truly enjoyed the stay.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the East Gate of Forest Park. Both Route A and Route B start from here, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff can help with booking tickets and making reservations, which was a huge bonus. I'm truly satisfied with all the services.

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The entire place was spotless with no hidden grime, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It was quiet at night, which was great. The front desk staff were friendly and patient, proactively offering tips on local attractions and routes. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the value for money is exceptional. I'd definitely choose this place first if I'm ever in the area again.
