SsteelbossI often stay in this hotel near an industrial park where I have some business. This is a great option to avoid a 30-minute drive to downtown Zhangjiagang, where costs are higher. The hotel is very clean and the beds are super-duper comfy. The front office staff consistently exudes charm and approachability. There is gated free parking behind the hotel, and there are many small local restaurants. My only issue with this hotel is that sometimes the smell of cigarrets is present in the rooms. Even if you have a non-smoking room, you may get smoke through the shared AC ducts, and that is not cool. In any case, this hotel offers deals that are hard to refuse, with all things said and done.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the work efficiency is high, the health and service are online, the price is very high, I will choose this one next time!

Every time I visited the lounge during my stay, she greeted me with such warmth and just the right amount of attention. Whether it was her recommendations for food and drinks or her prompt response to my dining needs, everything was meticulous, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. Whenever I had questions, she patiently answered them and actively helped coordinate solutions, being proactive and attentive throughout. MMr 林New. Modern. Simple. Easy. The front desk also has a Costa Coffee service. Ideal. The check in was almost instant with no extra questions. I had to change the initial room due to excessive cigarettes smoke smell. The new room was perfect. The floor was clean and no sticky, a pleasure for naked feet. And everything new. The washing clothes is near the lobby, 20 min fast wash with 20 min hot drying, and for the time of a sipping coffee and some phone browsing, clothes were clean and dry, by the free of any charge. I will surely stay there again. I have almost forgot the breakfast: nothing to brag about. But you’ll fill your belly. Good luck!

GGuest UserThis whole season completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel was remodeled last year, but did not feel any smell. The front desk was warm and active, the room was quite big and equipped with a refrigerator. The room was also good, it looked very clean and tidy without smell. Although breakfast can not be compared with four stars and five stars, I feel that there are many choices, freshly cooked noodles glutinous rice noodles, coffee milk juice and small boxed yogurt, two days of breakfast is a bit different. In short, I feel very good, I am willing to recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserJuzi is located in the center of Zhangjiagang, with an excellent location. Easy to get in and out, quiet in the bustle. The guys at the front desk were friendly and cute, and they even gave us breakfast coupons for the parent-child room. Rejoice!

GGuest UserI came here for an exam. The location is good. There is a shopping mall nearby and there are many places to eat. The room is quite big, but the air conditioning is not very good. It is a bit cold at night. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. If you order takeout, you can go downstairs to get it. There is a good wifi signal.
