I have stayed in too many hotels, so I will talk about something professional here. The hotel accommodation is distributed in three buildings. The Crown Building is the hardest to find. It is really hard for outsiders to find it. The parking spaces are shared with other merchants, but the hotel provides free parking spaces. You can park anywhere. The room I stayed in was in the Crown Building. It was very intelligent, large and quiet, with a large flow of shower water. It had all the basic settings of a five-star hotel, including Tmall smart voice control. It was great, but it was a pity that there was no sofa in such a big room. I still don't quite understand it. Is it because I lack money for a sofa? I think it's obviously not. I hope it will be improved in the future. It's really inconvenient without a sofa. I won't go into details. It's a five-star hotel, and I don't need to elaborate.

The room is large, but since it is an old hotel, the bathroom is small and smells a bit. Breakfast is a specialty of Jinling. It is very rich. The noodle stalls include fried fish and braised meat, and the cold dishes include beef and jellyfish. Although it is the Spring Festival, since Zhangjiagang is not a popular city, the hotel does not increase the price. There is welcome fruit every day, 2 bottles of drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and 2 bottles of homemade yogurt are given as a gift on the day of check-out. The service attitude is very good and the hotel is very cost-effective. It should be noted that the height limit of underground garages is 1.6.

The person at the front desk called Yu Miao Miao was particularly bad. When I asked her if there was any express delivery, she simply said no. They were all in the security room. The courier guy confronted me on the phone and said he had it. If the front desk was normal, they would ask you if you are a hotel guest? What's the name? Instead of just telling me ”No, go to the security room to find it.” In the final analysis, he just likes to torture disgusting people. It's really unlucky for a hotel to have such a front desk

I came back to Zhangjiagang from the United States and stayed in the Executive Deluxe Suite on the 35th floor of Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel. It is worthy of being the best hotel in Zhangjiagang. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Executive Lounge are great! There are also many choices for free breakfast for guests of the Executive Suite. The room is very large, and the whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass has a wide view. 5-star praise. I will stay here next time!

I was also worried that there would be no latex pillows. As a result, the King Koil mattress is matched with a feather mattress, and there is a special menu for guests to choose from; the bathroom sanitary ware is very well maintained, and the toilet has also been upgraded to a smart toilet; the buffet breakfast also has tofu pudding in a wooden barrel, and the Chinese breakfast products are very suitable for Chinese stomachs. In addition, the hotel called to inquire about the check-in requirements the day before check-in, meeting my requirements for different room types to be close to each other, and upgrading to a lake view room, which is an absolutely perfect check-in experience. When you come to Zhangjiagang, I strongly recommend Shazhou Lake Hotel. It is suitable for visiting relatives and friends and vacationing. It only takes half an hour to reach any scenic spot in Zhangjiagang.

The environment is peace and quiet. Good for relaxation. Friendly customer service. Wifi is not strong when inside the room.

Another perfect stay at this hotel. Only drawback for me when you travel with colleague from work is the stupid sink in the room instead of the bathroom. Not convenient at all.
