This was the worst hotel I've stayed in Vienna. It was getting colder every day, and the air conditioner didn't even have any hot air. The air conditioner was on hot mode, but it blew out cold air. What kind of high-end hotel is this? I almost caught a cold. I had to get up and turn off the air conditioner. It was raining heavily outside, and I couldn't sleep all night with the window open.

I won't stay here again unless the price is not more than 150 yuan during the holiday.

At this moment, a security guard yelled at us in a very aggressive manner and spoke to us in an imperative tone. I got angry at the time, but I didn't scold him. We argued for a few words. I want to say that as a hotel security guard, I don't need you to be servile, but you should have the minimum respect for others. If you like to be a boss, then stay at home and be a boss.
