The hotel is located about 5 min walk from train station. Very nice and newly decorated hotel. Comes with a lot of amenities like sauna, gym and pool.

This was such an amazing hotel. The room was large but warm and cozy at the same time. Breakfast spread was also very good.

Nice room and amenities. But the restroom located downstairs of the room which is difficult to get in. A lot of facilities included. Good breakfast.

Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money

Good location which is 5 mins away from the Zermatt station, budget rooms are huge with big bathroom which is more than enough for family. Shuttle service between the hotel resort to the station which is a bonus. Excellent experience overall.

The hotel environment is very nice, and it's within walking distance of the train station, with a supermarket along the way, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also very extensive, with various kinds of bread, cheese, ham, cereal, jam, etc. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a room on the first floor by the front desk, and the terrace outside the room had a great view.

The receptionist was arrogant during check-in, probably because she was in a bad mood. The basement bathroom was on the ground floor, eerie and noisy; my child was too scared to go downstairs alone. It was very unsanitary, damp and dirty. We checked out the next day and escaped!

The sanitation is not good. The bed sheets were not changed and there were hairs on them. There was also a lot of hair on the floor.

This hotel in Zermatt was definitely a surprise during the trip. The three of us made a reservation in early October. Because prices in Switzerland are relatively high, we originally booked an underground triple room. Unexpectedly, the front desk upgraded our room to the second floor! Not only is the view very good, the balcony has a direct view of the Matterhorn (I didn't see it that day due to weather, but I saw it after check-out the next day), and the sofa bed has been rolled out and tidied up, and the service is in place. It's less than ten minutes' walk from the town, and there are supermarkets along the way for supplies. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was great! There are hot springs both outdoors and indoors, and you often see people taking a bath. Each room in the hotel provides hot spring supplies. It is recommended to stay here and try to choose a regular-priced room, because the view is really a plus and leaves a lifetime of wonderful memories.

The hotel is conveniently located. It takes ten minutes to reach the Zermatt train station. The large triple room has a large bathroom and is fully equipped. You can put the key in the check out box when checking out, which is convenient and fast.

A surprise hotel to stay in during my trip to Switzerland! Location: The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the train station. The route is very simple. You must know that there are many climbing roads in Zermatt. It will be very inconvenient to carry the suitcase, but you will not feel tired dragging the suitcase for this distance. ! Environment: The hotel should be composed of several hotels. The environment in the lobby has the feel of a mountain cabin, which is super impressive. We didn't book the room upstairs. Our room was located on the basement floor. The corridor was a bit old, but the interior of the room was dated but very warm. The room was divided into 2 floors, with the bed on the upper floor and the toilet on the first floor. The cloakroom is quite spacious; Overall, it is highly recommended. I will try the room type on the upper floor next time I have the opportunity.

I was very satisfied. The hotel probably used some special rooms as budget rooms, but they actually shared breakfast facilities with four-star hotels. I was very satisfied with the room I booked except that it was on the first floor. It was not far from the station.
