People at there are really nice and always with smile!

Good: service , free shuttle service to the station, friendly staff , using l'occitane products Could be improved: breakfast with limited choices , kind of dissapointed. Booked a triple room and I can hear people talking beside the room ( poor soundproof )

The hotel was very clean and well designed, though it lacked facilities or a lot of space for visitors to experience or enjoy.

Beautiful hotel!! Even though hotel was a few streets away from the station BUT free shuttle service is available. Hotel service was so good including free consultation on activity planning in Zermatt. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I’m coming back to Zermatt in future!!

Room is as expected ,very clean and good view of mountain . The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. Recommend for family vacation.

The view is amazing. The service is really great. Someone was very enthusiastic to show me the room. This is the first time I've encountered this in Europe. Although the hotel upgraded the room and there is a large terrace, the building is too low and the view in front is blocked. I don't know if this price is for the first floor. I'm also speechless. But the hotel has three swimming pools and the facilities are great. But the first floor room has a smell. It feels big. It's like the smell of wooden furniture. It's very smelly. Although they helped to deal with it, I didn't want to be sprayed with air freshener again. I didn't feel very comfortable staying for one night. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. When I went there, I forgot that I had walked there. I took a detour and walked for a long time.

The rooms were very clean. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and there was even a spa. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was also delicious, considering it was a Swiss hotel. I felt that this hotel was of a very high standard for a hotel in Zermatt.

When you look up from the hotel platform, you can see the Matterhorn. The hotel shuttle bus is unique. The hotel also has a famous hot spring swimming pool. You can rent bicycles in the hotel. The most satisfying hotel in Switzerland.

The hotel is in a great location. The corner rooms offer a panoramic view of the Matterhorn from both indoors and on the balcony! A shuttle bus is provided from the train station to the hotel, but it is not far to walk there. The main colors of the room are milk tea and bean paste pink, which are soft and warm. The dry and wet separated bathrooms are spacious, with coffee machines, tea bags and kettles. Small snacks are provided every day (European desserts are not likely to fail). It's just that the coffee cups are not cleaned very well 😂. A feature of the hotel: the cheese hot pot cabin! Reservations are required, with a separate space, and the Matterhorn view is just outside the cabin. The cabin is small and warm, with music and dedicated service. The set meal is 75 Swiss francs per person, with pickled meat cold cuts, nuts, and three kinds of mixed cheese hot pot ingredients all from the local area, and the final dessert is also very exquisite. Overall value for money!

The stay experience was great! You can enjoy the Matterhorn from the hotel balcony. The hotel service was also very good, the room was large, and when I left, they asked me if I wanted water. They had bottled water from the Matterhorn. I will still choose this hotel next time I come.

Breakfast is good, but the service attitude of the man who made the omelette is very poor 5. The mattress is dented and the pillow is too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. 6. The swimming pool and massage pool are comfortable and the fitness room equipment is beautiful. 7. I opened the window a little for ventilation, but a lot of mosquitoes flew in. I closed it immediately after a few minutes. The next day, after the cleaners cleaned it, all the mosquitoes were dead and no more mosquitoes flew in. I believe they have a way to kill mosquitoes and prevent them from flying in, but the corpses of mosquitoes fell on my personal belongings... 8. Check out The hotel thoughtfully arranged for a driver and a special car to take us to the train station, so we didn’t have to carry our luggage! Bonus points!
