Bad hotel with no Restaurant only buffet and the food was cold. No information on the website that there was no ala carte. The bartender was not serviceminded. There was a colored girl at the buffet who was very nice and servicminded which made it a little better.

We stayed just for one night, so our experience is somehow limited. Anyway, we experienced very friendly staff, the hotel is very well located close to nature (on the other hand a bit far from "civilization"), excellent buffet breakfast, clean rooms, just some beds maybe bit outdated.

A wonderful venue, nestled on the edge of some glorious woods, hills and country side just outside of Nové Město na Moravě. The Hotel is ideal for both winter visits and summer trips for those people who are looking to enjoy the outside. The Hotel is clean and tidy, the food is good. Unfortunately some of the front of house staff were rather rude. This happened on more than one occasion and it spoilt our visit. Such a shame.
