Nice, the shower room is so beautiful, the room looks on a lake, amazing. Good price, they offer tea bags, and coffee. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Ibis Styles Ramiro for 2 nights, and we were expecting the level of comfort we are used to with other hotels of the chain. The initial room we have been give was street facing and very, very loud. The AC was not working either, which made our sleep uncomfortable. I asked for a change of rooms the next day, which was received positively. The new room was facing a patio and was fine - although it had twin beds instead of the the double one we originally booked. The hotel itself feels a tad old and run down, with stains on the walls and carpets for instance, but was clean. The breakfast was OK, and the staff helpful. They even agreed to let us store our luggages before taking our train. I would come back but renovations are needed.

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

We loved this place. SO central, right in the plaza where the incredible basilica is, close to the tourist info, we walked to a great deli / restaurant called Mondal, and the market. Go to the Palace, so cheap to get in and have a tour and fascinating history, architecture. Great showers. Quirky decorations / pictures in hotel

This is the most popular hotel in the itinerary. The old town of Zaragoza is really not big. The hotel is on the edge of the St. Column Square. You can see an old church next door on the balcony. There is a beautiful market 30 meters away. The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the rooms are large and the facilities are new. The crafts in the lobby are very pleasant

It is 1000 yen to 1500 yen by taxi from the city. This time I used this hotel relatively close to the station because I used the railway, but since it is a taxi to the city and the station, I think the city was good even in a slightly expensive hotel ❗ The response was very good at a beautiful hotel. However, it was troublesome that the cob was not 1 in the room.

It is located next to Plaza Pilar in the city center. The location is very good, about 10 minutes' drive from the train station. The breakfast is also quite rich.
The hotel room is quite large, but because it is facing the street, there may be a little noise.
Overall, it is good. I will continue to choose here next time I go on a business trip.

The state of the entire place gives the unpleasant impression the hotel is about to close down for good. It all is very tired and little welcoming. Nothing has been thought or designed to make travellers comfortable and it looks like management have not spent any money in recent years in this property to improve or even maintain the property to 4 star standards. On the positive side, we booked a suite and it was well worth it. Huge floor to ceiling windows affording great 180° views and a sense of space that made us pleasantly surprised every moment we entrered our room. However, the furniture in the room was completely obsolete. Bed and mattress were from another age, the armchair by the table had no cushion material, bathroom had a 80s design and I can go on like this for every single piece of furniture. On top of this, the large windows had obviously not be washed from the outside for months and were outrageously dirty. Breakfast was a good experience though. The restaurant looked more like a cheap, ageing cafeteria but the food / choice / selection / quality were all above average (except coffee). Great eggs upon order etc. The team for breakfast was massively understaffed but they did a fantastic job / refilled in due time and always with a smile. As a conclusion, I can easily understand the poor ratings of this hotel on TA and other booking sites. I trust our suite made the major difference as it was amazing to have all this space and panoramic views after a busy day (even though I am still shocked by how muddy windows were). But for those looking for service, design and warmth, I'd suggest to book somewhere else ...

Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room and hotel were beautiful with a great shower, comfy bed, coffee machine and free mini-bar. The downside was that the swimming pool was closed completely in October despite warm weather and worst of all - we were charged EUR 1.90 for a tiny quantity of fresh milk to add to our morning coffee - that’s embarrassing for a hotel like Melia.
GGuest UserThis is our second stay here. We use it as a stopover on our way back to UK from Spain. Its easy to get to on the outskirts of the city near the airport. It works for us as finding hotels with parking in a city can be challenging as we have a campervan that won’t fit in many underground car parks. Very stylish and comfortable. We think €110 a night for the room, free parking and breakfast is good value. We got that deal by booking directly with them rather than using a broker service. The place was wildly busy with loads of students but the hotel is so big, they were accommodated for their event and we really were not disturbed by them at all. Also at breakfast, we had been concerned that the volume of people would make breakfast difficult but we were fine. Our room was great. It had a coffee pod machine but be aware the cups were the tiniest I have ever seen. Fortunately we always travel with a travel kettle, coffee and an aeropress so could sort ourselves out. WiFi is very good and meant we could stream British channels as despite saying they have them, the only channels working were in Spanish or German. That was the only disappointment. I was very impressed to be able to order a bottle of Cava to take to the room and without asking they gave me the glasses and an ice bucket. Nice classy touch. It is near the airport but then if you book here, you know this and will certainly be travelling with earplugs!
GGuest UserWe wanted an hotel that was close to all the main attractions and offered guaranteed secured parking. This hotel ticked both boxes. Parking is on 3 levels under the hotel building. Level -3 is easy to access and was quieter than the other 2. There is a lift at Level -3 that will take you directly to the hotel reception and then onto your room. When arriving remember the hotel's signage does not mention ”Silken”. Location could not be any better and we left our car in the garage for the duration of our visit. We didn't even find the need to take a tram or taxi, given how close everything was. Our bright clean room was large and on the quiet side of the hotel, 5 floors up. Remember this is a city and there will be a little outside noise. Nothing that worried us though. There was a good size safe, Mini bar and TV but strangely no Tea & Coffee making facilities. The only other comment on the room would be their strange choice of ”privacy glass” on the bathroom door. Maybe a rethink is required? Breakfast was good with a wide choice to, I suspect, suit most guests. Both Staff and guests seemed to be observing Covid protocols. Finally a couple of tips. Consider booking one or two visits in advance, such as a tower visit. If you are an oldie, remember to carry i/d as many attractions offer OAP/ Seniors discounts. Enjoy your visit.
GGuest UserVery very simple hotel with excellent location.
The rooms with just enough furniture, IKEA style, with two beds and two small tables as bedside tables, and a TV. That if new. The old bathroom is not renovated.
It shows that it is a hotel for stag parties for the price and the location. During my weekend, groups of young people with bachelor parties did not stop coming and going. Infernal noise, bad drunkenness and even vomiting in the corridor.
GGuest UserThe hotel is the first time to have modern, clean facilities. The staff is excellent, both the reception and the plant, the location is 300 metres from the station of AVE Las Delicias, a lot of public transport to access any point in Zaragoza, the location is improving.
The rooms have a refrigerator, touched me one with parquet floor, excellent, the bathroom is large with shower dish his towels in perfect condition, shower geels, air conditioning came very well as I was making warm, The bed is comfortable and the lighting is correct, also has a safe box.
The price ratio was really very positive and I have scheduled it for the next visits to the city.
We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.
IIan GGood central location with on street parking (if you’re lucky) otherwise pay extra for the hotel secure car park. We found the hotel and room to be spotless and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. And all of this for a very reasonable price. Don’t expect everything to be 5-star… you’d need to pay a LOT more. Instead, accept the fact that the pricing for a city hotel is very competitive and enjoy your stay. My only gripe (and it’s purely a personal one), the bed was a bit too firm for me.
We booked this place last minute having been let down by an Airbnb in the town. The location is perfect. Just off the high street, 2 minutes to the Basilica. Didn’t try the breakfast, there’s loads of pastry/sandwich shops in the immediate vicinity offering cheap and quality products. The staff were friendly enough. Reception is staffed 24/7. They do lock the front door after about 22:00 so you need to press the buzzer to gain access but this didn’t cause any issues. Rooms were basic but clean. Outdated and with paper thin walls. There was a small fridge. The flush of the toilet felt like an earthquake and you could hear/feel the flush of all surrounding rooms also. That being said despite being basic, it did what we needed it to do and it was comfortable enough. Would stay here again if in the area.
DDania BalIt was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great.
I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything.
But as location is good.
