房間設施啥都有，就是衞生床品不是一客一換，上面有臟臟的渣渣，但是老闆人很好，招呼就應，70塊錢一晚上，要啥自行車，可以了~

主要賓館位置絕了離火車站 汽車站 萬達廣場都大概1公里交通方面拉滿了。
房間賓館不是太高尚的但價格到位東西挺齊全就是無吹風機。打工仔首選因為交通真的方便

先説優點：
1.價格較實惠，性價比不錯；不過價格不穩定，一直住的房型住着住着就漲價啦（網上訂），門市價説和網上價一樣，不知道會不會隨着長。
2.有停車場，比較方便
3.房間比較大，空間還可以
再説缺點：
1.不提供瓶裝水
2.不通知的情況下不打掃衞生，不更換衞浴用品
3.隔音很差，經常能聽到走廊和隔壁房間吵吵鬧鬧；睡懶覺的注意，早上保潔打掃衞生可能在房間門口聊家常，吵醒幾次
4.網絡比較差，電視卡出界麪，完全不能看
5.住的比較久，本想和前台協商下能否給點優惠，被上了一課，已經是最低價，老闆賠錢，感覺愧對老闆，以後儘量讓老闆少賠點
6.窗簾遮光不嚴，也是睡懶覺的注意
7.其他的問題可能也有，但性價比在那，各取所需，無傷大雅

房間還是夠大，沒有電梯住二樓也合適，離棗莊站不算遠，衞生打掃乾淨整潔，就是洗澡水容易外溢，可能是衞生間的玻璃膠老化了；床上用品很乾凈，整體來説還是比較安靜，服務也很好；周邊銀行吃飯也不算遠，性價比很高的！
