Good location near train station and old town walk 15mins.breakfast have hot food and Coffee .Room is tidy .if have kettle ,would be better .

Friendly staff, very clean room with air-con. Literally 2min walk from train station and 1min from Trg Kralja Tomislava which leads you to the main town through 2 more parks

Excellent location right in front of the station, great breakfast, public parking available across from the hotel, and very good rooms.

The cleaning staff were good, and the breakfast room staff were also good. However, the front desk staff were incompetent and unable to do their job. They couldn't get the air conditioning in my room to work for two days and didn't even offer to switch my room. A truly forgettable experience.

Two of us on a business trip. The location is decent, not far from the train and bus stations. The service was good. Overall cleanliness and environment are fine. The beds in the double room are small, they're single beds.

Located  close to bus station; room slightly  more dated than appears on the booking site; besides that enjoyed staying in the room with big bed and comfortable mattress; nice bathroom/shower; fridge in room: tv with apps loaded incl Youtube and Netflix; only complaints would be no safe in the room and the  bed pillows could be a bit smaller; breakfast offering was varied; hotel appears to be well run with breakfast area being well-managed by staff, engagements with hotel reception were pleasant and efficient and room cleaning was done promptly

The location is excellent, right across from the train station, making it super convenient for train travel. However, the cleanliness is not okay! The bed sheets and towels had hair and stains... definitely not worth the price.

The hotel’s location was perfect being infront of the central station and the tram stop. Its a few mins walk from the park and the pick up point of most tours going outside of Zagreb. The room is a bit dated and there was only one elevator for the entire hotel which was also tiny and can accommodate just two people with luggage. Our only unpleasant experience was during the buffet breakfast when a kitchen attendant was rude instead of being helpful.

It is needed to be more shelfs in room and water is fold down from shower space. Shower door is close completely
