The room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.

I'm really angry because the hotel has a self-service check-in and will only send an email a few days before check-in. However, the hotel gave us wrong room information and we were unable to check in. Moreover, we cannot contact you by phone, so we definitely do not recommend you to stay here. And we had to move the stairs, so the apartment was pitch dark. The most basic mistake was also made. We were given room numbers and passwords for other people. Once we entered, the room was full of luggage and the security was extremely low. Don't check in! !
