Wonderful staff. “Ihane” was so friendly each morning as we entered the breakfast area; in fact, she conveyed such a warm and welcoming tone every time we saw her. Hotel is still quite new. Fresh linens on comfortable mattress & pillows. Tiny shower, but functional. Breakfast was variety of rolls, yogurt, eggs & bacon. Central location between Chamonix, Geneva and Annecy (if your goal is to visit all three places.(

Probably the best place to stay in ferney. Ping pong, volley, pool and piano make it great for kids. Laundry and kitchen facilities. Only gripe was no room service during stay unless you stay for more than a week. After 4 nights our room definitely needed a clean… I would suggest rooms should be freshened every 3 days…

Very comfortable short stay, slept very well. We only stayed one night to break a longer car journey but it was a very welcome break. Checked in without issue, had a very comfortable room and a great breakfast the following morning. Had a few great beers there too, St Stefanus (spelling?), excellent!

A very sympathetic welcome, a very good litter, a beautiful view of the lake, a courtesy plateau in the room as well as a very convenient breakfast taken on the flower terrace (more, The individual bases with a range of regional cheeses and carpets are an excellent idea to ensure maximum hygiene!) , from which to go a pleasant stay, even to a little too animated carfor ... Always satisfied or we have the habit of going but this time very disappointed by the breakfast there was a car and the food products were devalided by customers and very badly renewed what it did make it missing any Damage very disappointed in hope that this will not renew
