It was a very satisfying stay with a feeling of cleanliness and neat cleaning. Breakfast was included in the accommodation and dinner was taken at the restaurant in the building. Both were delicious. The two large communal baths were beautiful and the view was good. There was an open-air bath surrounded by snow and an open-air bath with a large mountain in front of me, so it was beautiful and relaxing. There were many small children staying, so I was full of energetic energy. On the other hand, I saw quite a few people staying in three generations of family. Overall, I think it was an environment where everyone seemed to enjoy and felt happy. I used it for skiing this time, but it was a hotel that I would like to stay even if I didn't ski.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room with 6 tatami mats + Western-style room with 8 tatami mats for one night without meals with 4 family members. The kotatsu was warm and relaxing. We finished dinner and breakfast at a convenience store (FamilyMart) for 5 minutes on foot without eating rice. You can use it enough. The owner is a little blunt, and there seems to be various word of mouth, but I think that you can enjoy it enough if you don't expect much of the service by conveying the information firmly. The lady at the reception also remembered a year ago and responded politely. The hotel itself has an old Showa era feel. The hot springs are hot. I'm disappointed if I don't know that the sauna is an extra charge (500 yen once and make a reservation two hours in advance). The room has a hairdryer, but the bathroom is not equipped. Last year, when I used a hair dryer in my room, the breaker fell, but I returned the bar and responded. The breaker was okay this year. Rental skis are waxed and maintained. The shoes seemed a little old, but if they didn't fit, they adjusted the next day. Considering this amount, location, and transfer, I think it is important not to expect too much service. My family wants to repeat.

One of the nearest hotel from the shinkansen station. Next to the carpark is the skiing area where you can play with the snow. The public onsen are great. One with huge indoor pool and 2 hot and 1 cold outdoor pool. Another one with only indoor pool. The dinner is really good with lot of varieties and delicacies. The room are big with two beds and tatami for 3 and with onsen type bath tub. The checkout time is quite early but the hotel provide free luggage lockers, good for those waiting for the train after checkout.

The room was a long time ago, but there is no problem because it only sleeps after skiing. The gondola from Naeba Ski Resort to the next Kagura Ski Resort was wonderful. However, it was difficult to have a balanced meal because it was an accommodation plan without meals. Since it was a weekday, there were many restaurants on holidays, and I felt that every restaurant was generally more valuable than the quality. There are two large communal baths, but one of the men's baths was under repair and could not be used, and the only underground large communal bath that was available was incredibly far away. Also, it was dark and lacking in cleanliness, probably because it wasn't cleaned very well, so I didn't want to enter twice. I think it would be difficult to stay unless it was for skiing purposes.

There is a 24-hour convenience store near the station, and the location is great. However, be careful as the parking lot is small. The lobby is small and there is a chair fight. (The Japanese suite is relatively large because it has two bedrooms) The view is not good. There is air conditioner, but it is fixed to 24 ℃ in winter and is hot. The food was delicious and there were so many, but it was good (however, the breakfast the next day I ate soba at night was hell) However, from 15:00, it is difficult to make a reservation for meals from 17:30. Because it is difficult, Check in from 14:00 will be easier to take. The hot spring was the best. There are three private baths, but the place called ”Iwanoyu” is crowded, and depending on luck on the day you check in (relatively vacant during dinner) ”Iwanoyu” is vacant early in the morning of the next day (around 4:00 to 6:00). In addition, there are ice candy (free) (evening and night) and Yakult (free) (early morning to morning) at the bathing area, and you can eat ”night soba” for free from 23:00. The service was substantial. The room had a coffee mill and coffee beans and I was able to enjoy authentic coffee. The customer service was also good. It happened to be good, but the people in the lobby and the people in the restaurant were good with a clear voice. (There seems to be no other customer service)

Beautiful and delicious! The hot springs and our room (in the old part, the 3. Building) was so amazing that we are speeachless! It is more beautiful than on the pictures ! And walking around in the traditional yukata was supercool and stylish! The food is really good and served in a topical Japanese way. The only thing that was not totally perfect was that there was dust and spiderwebs some places (but not the rooms). We love it, we will come back of we have an opportunity again!

The staff are very kind, the English is fluent, the Japanese breakfast is very rich, and the first-class rice is really mouthful, and the hot spring coffee cake rolls on the first floor are docile, not sweet and not greasy. The hotel is very close to the station. It is very convenient to take a JR or shuttle to the Gala ski resort.
