1. If you need to book a shuttle, after exiting the station gate, turn right and you should see a tourist service center. It looks like a ski gear and coffee shop from the outside, so you'll need to go further inside to find the counter. Then you can tell the counter staff that you want to book a shuttle to this hotel. If you really can't find the tourist center, you can also call the hotel directly. Then, go to the East Exit and look for pillar number 9. The shuttle, with 'denkiya' written on it, should arrive in about 15 minutes. 2. Once you arrive at the accommodation, if your itinerary requires booking a shuttle, the staff (the 'auntie') will usually tell you to book later in the day, not too far in advance, regardless of whether you want to book for the evening or the next day. This is probably because many people book too early and then forget the time, ultimately missing the shuttle. So, if you don't speak Japanese and they don't let you book right away, it usually means they prefer you to book closer to the actual time. 3. In the public bath, you must take off your clothes before entering; do not wear a towel. Grab a small stool, wash yourself while sitting down. After you're clean, wash the stool thoroughly, rinse it, and return it to its original spot before getting into the bath. This is because if you stand to shower, you might spray water into the bath or onto other people, so always sit down to wash. 4. After skiing, you can just take your ski equipment directly down to the first floor and leave it there. If you rented it here, you can properly return it to the staff (the 'old man') after you've finished skiing for the day. If you return it immediately, he might ask 'finished?' because he'll assume you're done skiing for the day. So, if you plan to continue skiing, just leave it on the nearby rack. For other rented items like helmets and shoes, take them to the drying room. 5. I personally highly recommend their breakfast; it's quite delicious and not too expensive, definitely worth trying. 6. The costs for breakfast and ski equipment rental are settled all at once when you check out. Only the ski pass requires immediate cash payment.

Nice onzen, excellent facilities, feel at home

This place is close to all the ski resorts around Yuzawa. There's a free shuttle bus stop right outside with a clear schedule. Already booked for next year's ski season, highly recommend! If your budget allows, I'd suggest driving yourself for the most convenience and speed, as taxi fares can be quite high for evening outings.

The location is a bit far but parking is convenient; better to drive there; hot spring is recommended.

The service was good, but I didn't know that I could take a shuttle bus from the station. I didn't see any relevant information, so it took a long time to get to the hotel.

The service is super good👍 Just take your kids to Iwhara Ski Resort where there are more children's facilities. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from, which is convenient❤️ Except for the poor sound insulation, the Chinese guests in the next room 401 are very noisy and the TV is turned up loudly to disturb others. Next time I go to Yuzawa❄️, I will choose this accommodation👍

There is a convenient shuttle bus to the ski resort, the hotel is very well maintained, the ski equipment is in excellent condition, and there is a convenience store nearby. It is simply the most perfect hotel.

It's a 10-minute drive from the station, so it's a bit inconvenient to eat at night. But there is a convenience store nearby within a 5-minute walk, so you can go shopping if you feel hungry at night.

這家酒店是比親民的舊式溫泉旅館，進入酒店要換室內拖鞋，把鞋寄傳到locker,一進門口整個感覺很舒適 泊車停泊在酒店私人停車場（免費），數目多，不用擔心沒位，可把行李在門口先卸下再前往停車場 房間門匙是鎖匙，關門要手動，不是拍卡，要注意鎖門啊 不管大堂/房間都已開了暖氣迎接我們，很貼心 床墊要自己鋪，東西都在櫃內，但有點意外是床墊很多污漬（經血甚麼都有）但有一張白色的布提供（即床單）可隔絕與床墊本體接觸，有潔癖人士注意，除了那些污漬床墊是舒服的（我墊了兩張） 酒店有賣附近雪場的雪票，有優惠價，很棒，但要當天出發前買 酒店也鄰近不少雪場，開車很快就到也看到有接駁車服務。

1.是一間有年代感的旅館，進到旅館裡面要換室內拖鞋，自己的鞋子須拿到左邊的置鞋櫃放，無鑰匙，櫃檯的兩位服務人員態度極佳，女性人員英語能力較好，但年紀也是蠻大的了，辛苦他們！ 2.有越後湯澤車站到旅館的來回接送車，在車站的東口9號站牌位置，到達車站後，請至札口斜對面的雪具行，進去之後再往左邊方向往前，有一個服務櫃台，請把飯店傳給你的訊息（有出現湯澤電氣旅館的字樣就可），跟服務人員說要預約接駁車（說Reserve shuttle bus就可以），他們會給你填單子，寫個名字跟人數而已，然後他們會幫忙打電話給旅館告知，會再跟你說幾點會到，然後在車站哪裡等（會有地圖），也會跟你說是什麼顏色的車子來（當天是綠色的）；退房當天再跟旅館櫃檯預約說要搭幾點的車回車站，接送時刻表都放在櫃檯給旅客看，可以滑完雪回來的時候再講，目前最晚的班次是18:10，過了就要請旅館幫你叫計程車了，或是到附近的「岩原滑雪場前站」搭電車到越後湯澤站！ 3.旅館到岩原滑雪場也會有接駁車（會坐到滑雪場中腹），可以在滑雪的前一晚跟旅館櫃檯講一下，最早班次是08:40，最晚是11:40，從滑雪場回來從13:00開始每個小時一班，最晚是17:00回來旅館，當天如果有坐接駁車去岩原滑雪場的話，司機會問你下午想坐幾點的車回來，他會統計人數位置夠不夠，如果時間上來不及，中腹有公車可以坐下來到山麓，山麓走到到旅館路程不會太遠！ 4.旅館可以租借滑雪服裝跟裝備，價格是比滑雪場便宜的，但還是建議服裝自己自行攜帶，因為當天租借服裝口袋內有發現前一位客人遺留的垃圾跟雪票，很明顯應該來不及洗就掛上去，而且服務樣式、大小選擇性有限，早到是可以早選，從頭到腳所需都有租借（除了貼身的護具沒有之外）服裝跟頭盔可以前一晚租借，滑雪板跟滑雪鞋要當天才能租（早上8點後，要去地下一樓，但還是要先跟櫃檯講）；另櫃檯有販售附近雪場的雪票，有折扣，有需要的人可以給櫃檯買，是雪票兌換券，到雪場的時候在跟售票處換票就好！ 5.旅館有提供晚餐餐盒跟早餐自助吧，都是要自費，在櫃台前看得到資訊，不想買的話，旅館走出去右轉大概3分鐘路程就有一間超商Lawson，建議早點到旅館早點去超商買東西的，因為熟食跟飯糰三明治類的容易被拿光；旅館一樓有微波爐兩台可以使用，在櫃台左方的一個小隔間！ 6.當日住的是和式房間，很有氛圍感，裡面有浴室跟獨立廁所間，也有冰箱，但沒提供飲用水，床鋪要自己鋪，寢具都放在櫥櫃裡面，房間桌上有一本旅館的說明書，裡面會教你怎麼鋪！ 7.有公共澡堂，是一個大池子（開放到凌晨2點），有戶外的一個小池可以泡（只開放到晚上11點），澡堂就在櫃台同一層樓右手邊進去（有告示），澡堂裡面有提供沐浴乳、洗髮乳及吹風機，但毛巾或浴巾要自己從房裡面帶過去，而且東西只是放在一個籃子裡面，沒有上鎖的置物櫃，所以不要帶貴重物品去澡堂！ 8.旅館樓層表示較怪，2樓就是大廳1樓處，所以房號如果是201的話，其實就是在1樓而已，房號301就是在旅館的2樓了，以此類推！ 9.退房的時候還是可以寄放行李，跟櫃臺說聲就好，他們會指定一個大廳位置給你放，當天記得取回就是！ 10.整體來說，這間旅館適合要去岩原滑雪場滑雪的人住，因為滑雪場離這裡真的很近，惟附近真的沒有什麼店家可以用餐（但附近有一間超商，還有加油站可以加油），櫃臺服務人員態度很好，旅館設施較老舊，但不影響住宿，有電梯，也有wifi，一樓有販賣機，也有接駁車接送，不要求旅館要住多高級跟現代化的人，可以來體驗一下日式旅館的氛圍，而且房價也不會太高！

飯店前台服務很好，有專車接送去雪場和湯澤車站，在這租借雪具衣服恨方便也便宜一點
