The environment is beautiful and the butler is attentive. It was raining when we first arrived, and when we were thinking about how to take our luggage, the young lady from the hotel appeared in front of our car with an umbrella and helped deliver our luggage to the room. It was so heartwarming. Everyone is having fun these days. Due to the epidemic situation, a room was originally scheduled to be refunded, and the reservation of meals also needs to be modified. Qianqian butlers carefully helped us make adjustments to reduce losses; today we reminded us that it was time to visit Siming Lake , Let us see the beautiful Siming Lake Metasequoia, thank you Qianqian steward, thank you all the staff of Dalezhiye Gushe (Yuyao Store)!

incredible location, surrounded by nature and things to see around the hotel. Admin is super friendly and helpful and upgraded a friends room for free. the hotel has different room decor, very posh, and unique. Perfect breakfast! so much variety. Hot springs are the highlight, so clean, so relaxing... total grand vacation just 45mins away from Ningbo. Only there aren't any stores around the area, so take snacks.
