整個酒店周邊就是富康城的小區工地，照片就是酒店大堂望出去的主景觀。酒店設施中規中矩，房間衞生打掃馬虎，我入住的房間馬桶圈有明顯污漬、淋浴的防滑墊就直接攤晾在馬桶前面。畫面太不和諧，沒有拍照……實話説是住過最名不副實的五星酒店。早場種類一般，沒有服務員會上前迎接詢問和茶還是咖啡，聚在一起聊天也沒見來服務客人的。絕對不會再選擇入住的….

是第三次入住啦，環境，衞生，服務，都是沒有什麼可以挑剔的。幫我們辦理入住的前台小姐姐Abby，超級好看，而且又熱情，很快的幫我們辦理入住，酒店裡任何一個地方遇到工作人員都會很熱情的問號，西餐廳的鄭潔，還有SPA中心的小姐姐，都特別温柔，很耐心的幫我們解決任何問題。在玉溪酒店中，我覺得已經是很👍的！！ 我每次來玉溪住酒店，衹會選擇它家。各方面都是很棒的！

玉溪第一家五星級酒店，的確挺讚的，環境優美，高端大氣，這次是幫領導訂的，辦理入住的楊小姐姐非常快捷有效率，退房忘記開發票也特意提醒我，告知是給領導訂的房間後酒店安排了郭經理專門接待，非常感謝，全程十分專業，郭經理還送了水果，不愧是五星級酒店，領導住的也很滿意。

從廣州自駕過來，酒店建在山坡上城景盡收眼底。裝修風格很高級，服務體驗特別棒，幾個細節都特別好。1.幫忙拿行李的小哥哥，帶娃自駕好幾天了行李真的特別多特別亂，娃還手拿玩偶經常掉地上，小哥哥馬上取出紙袋幫忙裝好；2.前台小姐姐辦理入住也很貼心很迅速，我先生對房間要求有點高也耐心滿足；3.開夜床的服務員姐姐也是有求必應馬上解決；4.游泳池的小哥哥非常主動，游泳圈打氣啊，還有我娃假裝跌倒在地都馬上跑出去扶起（衹有親爸媽能看出是裝）。一線城市的五星級酒店也沒幾家能做得那麼細心和主動啊…點贊哦👍

在**上看到好多人來拍照打卡，本來也是做攝影的就抱着試試的心態來了，結果出乎意料，酒店裝修太漂亮了，拍照巨出片，特別是大堂的旋轉樓梯，無邊際泳池的晚霞，拍照絕絕子
再來説説服務，工作人員都非常熱情，特別感謝前廳蘇經理的用心安排和Abby小姐姐的熱情招待，知道我們是專程過來拍照的，給我們介紹的好幾個拍照打卡點拍照都很出片，打算下次和朋友來拍組別墅

沒有服務，沒有泊車、沒有指引、游泳沒有救生員，員工都是一臉疲勞，都在聚在一起算他上了幾個小時的班了。
衞生也真的很差，房間地板有垃圾，物品上手印、污漬，電視上都是一層灰，陽台玻璃更是誇張。
吃食也非常不行，過橋米線吃了拉肚子，早餐更是看看就沒有食慾，每一張餐桌都臟。
最最可怕的是晚上外面回蕩着狗吠，連綿不絕，此起彼伏非常瘮人。關了陽台門發現空調沒有用，熱的汗淌，太慘了。😭感覺來渡劫的

在玉溪半山上的度假型酒店，可以俯瞰全城，風景不錯，周邊建設還不是很完善，但是酒店內設施很齊全。
整體的服務都很不錯，迎賓、餐廳領班、保潔阿姨等等都很熱情，響應也非常及時。尤其想感謝一下辦理入住時的Chole，態度非常好，五一人很多，但是絲毫沒有懈怠，一直以很熱情很真誠的態度對待客户，因為帶着小寶寶，幫我們升級了行政房。辦理check in很迅速，貼心的告知了酒店動線，提示了我們可以參加的酒店活動。
早餐不錯，餐廳環境很好，有特色稀豆粉和卷粉，味道在線，唯一遺憾的是沒有我愛的培根🥓
總之是一家非常值得體驗打卡的酒店，祝酒店越來越好～

酒店環境很好，很適合親子游，並且有很多可以免費參加的親子游戲，我們提前預約了，做手鍊和叢林穿越，一定要提前預約才可以參加，小朋友也很喜歡游泳，有恆温也有室外常温水，早餐也很豐富。唯一兩點扣分，一個是我習慣到酒店燒水把所有杯子燙一遍，結果發現一個杯子有沒洗乾淨的咖啡漬，另一個是去到當天下午網絡不能用，説是用的人太多了，晚上網絡才能用。總體很推薦帶小朋友的親子游。
