酒店停車場收費（入住的時候向前台核實過了，早晨退房的時候也問前台是否需要開停車票，結果門口等了好久不開門，後面的車急着要出去，一問才知道要付費的，到前台説了這個是，溝通不清楚，最後才知道酒店門口的停車場不屬於酒店，要付費，衹有停酒店地下停車場才免費，結果衹能付款11元出門，好奇的是為什麼停車場進出口寫的是圖片中那個圖標呢？有種上當受騙的感覺。酒店的衞生我發圖片上吧，這樣更直觀，而且説通過平台定的房間沒暖氣（住進去感覺冷了問酒店才知道這麼回事，因為住進去太晚了0:00左右，後來也就沒調整房，為什麼安排入住的時候不説這回事呢？除了房間一股那種味道以外，被窩裡、床上、衞生間都是同一種難以描述的味道，太重，酒店衞生可想而知，唯一給人的好印象就是床舒服，但是由於味道真太重，不得不早起離開舒適的床。早餐一般，也沒有民族特色的糌粑（盛具都是角落放着）我給評的意思不是發牢**，也希望經濟不景氣的時候酒店生意能更好一些，因為網評還不錯（不知道怎麼來的那麼多好評）希望酒店和平台看到我評論，能改善一下衞生狀況和停車場的問題。這麼好的原生態地方，酒店給人印象好幾天要圍繞身邊。酒店大廳裝修那麼豪華大氣，和房間比，一個天堂，一個……

揭開被子床上各種細碎垃圾，讓服務員換床單被套，雖很不情願。但還是換了，暖氣也不熱，並且一般攜程上下的訂單會按排在較差的房間，因為攜程上定的會比店裡的偏宜點。

房間是很好的，分配的房景觀也很好。唯一最大問題是熱水很差勁，説24小時熱水但實際是下午6時後才有，且衹是微暖水，玉樹7，8月溫度也可以衹有不夠10度，這樣的水溫洗澡實在不行。

前台服務不好。我在玉樹差不多每週都會住一次酒店。第一次遇到這樣的事。停完車我有東西要拿所有我的另外一個外套沒拿在車裡。錢也在那個外套裏。然後那個時候剛好又沒紅包。就給她説了我先把東西放上去然後在下來付按金。她説不行。非要現在馬上付。真的很讓人不舒服😞

入住體驗感差差差以前經常有什麼考試什麼的都會選擇住你們家酒店也會給別人推薦但一次不如一次剛入住房間裏地沒有掃好也沒有拖煙to到處都是洗浴毛巾還是破的馬桶蓋上螺絲是壞的洗漱台下麪垃圾不忍直視房間裏的洗漱用品也沒全衹有牙刷和梳子😨衞生方面跟你們反映過一次但第二次考試入住衞生還是如此我哥哥他們也是住你們酒店但他們線下登記交錢可能房間數量緊張房價不僅漲了還服務態度糟糕一天一夜沒有水跟他們説後居然説那個房間本來就沒有水，無語入住房間有沒有水還要我們自己問？不問就是活該？麻煩你們整改一下吧要不然你們的客流真的就這樣流失了本來價格就又漲環境衞生還搞不好

才早上8點30就沒有早餐了，問服務人員説是沒有不是她們做的，晚上睡覺跳閘三四次，電視機少一個遙控器，叫了半天才送來，感覺很多事情都是交接不清楚導致的，還是有待提高吧！
