設施挺新的，感覺就像森林營地，草坪太出片了，正好趕上8月15大月亮，夏天的晚上應該很有氛圍！

環境不錯，周邊遊玩的地方也聽多了，就是沒有吃飯地方，衹能吃早餐，其他時候都要到下面的鎮裏吃，這點不方便

整個驚呆了，整體環境非常不錯，廳院滿眼綠色，安靜，典雅，餐廳漂亮大氣，有格調且飯菜不錯，價格適中，房間也通透好看，設計風格不錯，我住過各式酒店，温泉等五星級，這個像四星級的，總之體驗感不錯，早餐花樣多，但要7點半到8點鐘吃，太晚就少了。停車方便。我們住的雙人標間，但星空帳篷也蠻有調調的。我帶了坐輪椅的父親來，坡道設計得好，方便輪椅客人入住。

重在體驗吧，孩子覺得挺好玩的。拍照很出片。但是帳篷嘛，基本不隔音，外面熱屋裡更熱外面冷屋裡凍死。我們去的第一天下雨，被子潮的開了一晚上電暖器，不敢想象已是伏天。

8點多入住的，從酒店前台走到酒店就15分鐘，9點家裡打電話，出了急事，然後去前台退房，前台以我是攜程訂的不給退，因為我當時定了兩間房間，同時需要退，我和攜程商量，可以扣一個房間的錢，給我退一個，前台説晚上了，房間無法售賣，所以不能退。重點是，從你拿上鑰匙到去了帳篷那裡麪就沒人管了，就靠自己一個一個走過去看。裏面很多小蟲子，反正以後肯定不會入住這個酒店了。

大家入住就餐留意這個小偷:2022年7月24日上午8:10在雲竹驛餐廳，一個50歲左右男子，穿深色體恤衫、深藍色休閑牛子褲，在大庭廣眾且攝像頭監控下，先是遠處觀察鎖定目標，然後趁失主轉身取餐且周圍無人注意時，快速靠近，以取餐巾紙作為掩護，順手牽羊實施盜竊行為，被酒店餐廳西南角攝像頭當場取證抓拍。

太差了住該酒店去酒店餐廳用餐竟然還要預約不然不能吃飯人多可以理解可明明餐廳沒多少人也不行而且配套設施太差酒店周邊沒有任何商店太差了不建議去

可以説，雲竹湖旁邊最好的酒店了。
最起碼4星標準吧。
唯一不足，想去湖邊，得開車，雖然幾分鐘，也得開車過去。
距離雲竹鎮挺近，購物方便。
