very nice homestay, welcoming hosts, food is available and pick-up/drop-off service also to SanQing mountain.

I was lucky. It didn't rain on the day of climbing. The scenery of Mount Sanqing is very good. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very good. The proprietress cooks better dishes! The boss also drove to the scenic spot!

很少很少差評，還是説一下。房間有爬蟲，飯菜不好吃。最主要當面諮詢房東時候説老年人不能爬台階，外雙溪索道（該酒店附近）上去好還是金沙索道上下好，騙從外雙溪索道上下，説遊萬壽園平坦。上去以後發現萬壽園台階非常陡峭，完全沒法上。外雙溪索道上山台階非常多沒法走，衹好走幾步接着索道下山。花點錢損失事小，玩不好很惱火。為賺錢缺少基本誠信。

床單我覺得還挺乾淨的，褥子是棉被，被子對於山上夜裡接近0°來説稍有點薄，不過我們睡前開了兩個小時熱風空調，被子貼着裹起來，睡著了倒也不冷。下午到達之後我們逛了逛附近，農莊附近有條山泉水挺乾淨的。晚飯在老闆家吃的，這兩個菜加飯還喝了個可樂60，第二天早飯一個人10元煎蛋麪。
很不錯的體驗，下次有來玩還住這裏。一家子都挺面善，早上老闆用他的紅色馬自達送我們去景區門口，大概七八分鐘，衹能送到遊客服務中心，到索道要走一段距離的坡。
下山ps:外雙溪回上饒市區的巴士車最後一班四點半，反正下山是越早越好的。
最後紀念一下自己六個半小時走完了大環線+萬壽園，簡直神速了。

價格親民，房間還不錯。
特別特別值得提的是，老闆真的非常熱心，也是個非常不錯的嚮導，正是因為看了評論，所以我自己攻略都懶得做了。
當天晚上等上菜的時候，老闆已經和我講起了遊玩路線，飯店門口就有超大的地圖，老闆看圖説話，講解的十分清楚，第二天我基本就按老闆推薦的線路走，相對來説還是比較順利的。
早餐一人十元，小孩好像是5塊，其他炒菜都是正經的農家菜，價格適中。
早上是老闆女婿送上山的，山路有點陡，彎道也多，所以不大想自己開車上去，我很慶幸自己做了這樣的決定，因為下山後，小腿痠的要死，後面做免費大巴到了農莊附近。
總體評價非常不錯，很安心，價格親民。
