The hotel is conveniently located next to the ticketing office to Sanqingshan. The access to the mountain is located behind the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel which is easy to get food or beverages. The hotel looks dated and in need of refurbishment. I was given a room with a view that is rather different from the room I booked. I requested for a change of room, and the Receptionist was reluctant to do so. However, a male receptionist, David who was standing beside her overheard my conversation and immediately assisted with the room change for me. The guestroom and the bathroom are fairly spacious. However, the lightings are dimmed particularly in the bathroom. The soundproofing of the guestroom is poor and I can hear loud noise from my neighbour in the late evening. The hotel is divided into two buildings and I stayed in the building where the Reception Desk is located. The gym is located at the other building which is quite a distance away. Both buildings are connected via underground. I had a chance to walk over to the other building and realised that the views from this building is much more nicer. Quality for the buffet breakfast was not great. I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it is rather unusual for a Chinese restaurant that do not serve fried rice. The location of the Chinese restaurant is hidden behind the Reception Desk. On one of the evening, I decided to go to the bar and ordered a drink and snacks. When settling the bill, the waiter reminded me that I can enjoyed 10% discount if I am a member of Hilton. The waiter was quite interactive and helpful with my order. Unlike the Chinese restaurant there is no interaction nor explain about the food & beverage discount for HIlton member. There is also a convenience shop in the hotel, but the retail cost is much higher compared to the nearby shops.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, there is a free underground parking lot, there is a gym on the first floor, and the room is equipped with a small refrigerator, which is very convenient! Hygienic: The sanitation in the room is very clean, the decoration is also very refreshing style, and there is no smell, it is very safe to live. Environment: The overall environment is very good, listening to the waiter introduction is the first four-star hotel in Yushan. Service: The service is good, the room is equipped with fruit, and the welcome card is handwritten. When I check out, I have something in the room. Transportation: Self-driving is very convenient unless there are special circumstances, such as an epidemic situation in the next county 😷 Sanqing Shanxi toll station is closed, it will be left around the mountain for a week. Normal navigation is very convenient. As soon as you enter the gate, the parking lot butler will ask in advance to reserve parking spaces in advance. Hygiene: Occasionally bugs, but within acceptable and understandable categories, enjoy the forest cover of the original ecology. Environment: There are big differences in each room type. This trip changed rooms twice. I lived in three room types. Each has its own style. Just pick your favorite style and price. The environment in the hotel, the sense of garden design, see the picture, and the sequel coffee. Although there are no children, it is still very suitable for parents and children. I want to find a hotel close to the Sanqingshan Sands Cableway. Compared with the Sanqingshan Sands Bay Holiday Hotel, the location is good and parking is more convenient. The hotel's facilities are old and the health is OK, but the service staff seems to be still the same. I am not afraid of no one. I feel that of course, there are still a lot of other hotels around, because I don't know.

When driving up the mountain, the car needs to be parked in the parking lot (the tram charging pile only has slow charging). The hotel shuttle bus will take you to the front desk, room, restaurant and Yulian Waterfall (the north gate of the scenic spot is within the hotel). The service staff are enthusiastic and professional. The response time is very fast. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete and smart facilities. The floor-to-ceiling windows are great for viewing the mountain views. The restaurant's warm winter set menu tastes very good and is very cost-effective. The hotel is very close to Sanqingshan Jinsha Cableway and the location is very good.

The room is quite large and is convenient for three people to stay in. Don't worry about checking out. You have to go to Sanqingshan first to confirm the progress of picking up the number. Then you can judge whether you can lie down and wait for the number to be called when checking out. The number 1000 takes about 1 hour, and you have to go down early yesterday. We started lining up to go down the mountain at Shuangxi at 4:30, and it took a full 3 hours😵I queued for 2 hours when going up the mountain. It took less than 4 hours to walk the big circle on the mountain (originally it was said that the big circle would take 7 hours) but I checked out too quickly, so I knew I had to wait 2 hours to go up the mountain, I was dumbfounded

This is the most comfortable and cost-effective hotel I have stayed in in Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang, Changsha, and Shangrao. Because I was going to climb Sanqing Mountain the next day, I read the introduction online in advance and made a reservation. After checking in, I found out It's very new, the hardware facilities are perfect, the room is very spacious, and it's quiet at night. The breakfast is extremely rich, with many varieties, and it's beautifully cooked. The taste is completely adapted to our northern taste. It's worthy of Hilton's signature. My wife said the breakfast is good. It takes about three minutes to walk out. Just go to the bus station and take the shuttle bus directly to the Sanqingshan Cableway, which takes about an hour! It is much more comfortable than staying in a scenic spot, and the service quality is also very good, especially Zhenzhen at the front desk.
