遇上下雨出門問前台借傘，保安主動幫忙打傘去車裡，服務很到位[強]鄭女士服務也很贊，幫忙把外賣送到房間，把窗户打開通風，非常感謝。房間也整潔大方，温馨舒適。還有智能語音窗簾開關，很棒哦

耳機遺漏在房間，打電話給前台，前台鄭姐姐態度很好幫忙寄回，服務到位，值得表揚。房間設施設備也很齊全，該有的都有，免費礦泉水，免費早餐啊，免費停車啊，都有，環境宜人，價格也不貴。

清明假期結束，最滿意的是住了一家讓人温暖的酒店，因為雨季，衣服不好洗，客房部領班主動説幫忙洗衣服併疊好放回房間，前台鄭女士看我帶小孩子不方便，也主動幫忙提出把早餐送到房間，這些小小舉動都誠意滿滿正能量贊贊贊，環境衞生都很不錯👍

沒想到網上一百多能訂到這麼舒適高檔的酒店，很喜歡，房間設施看着高檔也很新，衞生明亮整潔乾淨，讓人一進房間就想美美睡個好覺的，前台鄭姐姐也給推薦了我喜歡的房間，很滿意。客房阿姨也禮貌主動問詢幫助也很不錯👍下次推薦同事出差就住這裏

酒店應該管理不錯，看着工作人員和酒店的服務都能感覺到，乾淨整潔，温馨舒適。客房阿姨會主動問詢打掃，前台鄭姐姐會主動温馨各種提示，保安也幫忙遞行李去到房間。房間明亮，佈局也好，不會像迷宮一樣到處找，整體都很不錯👍推薦

辦理入住時前台鄭經理温馨提示房間更換了新地板，有點小幸運哦，果然進去感覺很棒！酒店裝修還在線，沒有老舊，老闆就已經在維護翻新，看來老闆用心做酒店。祝生意興隆！
