Snow Mountain Letter | Cloudscape Private Hot Spring with Panoramic Mountain View Resort

Traveling with a child during the off-season, I'm really glad I chose this hotel out of thousands. First off, the location is super convenient, very close to the ancient town. There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the Junwang Mansion, and from there it's just a three-minute walk into the ancient town. So convenient! Both the room and hotel facilities are excellent, and everything is spotlessly clean. The ancient town is also very close to the Hutuwo Ranch and Yunti'an Coffee Shop, which we wanted to visit. We could easily get there by electric scooter. Breakfast was also very rich, with congee, rice noodles, milk buns, and more – perfect for both seniors and kids. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night.

The window overlooks a vegetable field. There were false eyelashes from the previous guest all over the bathroom. The toilet had a strange, bird-like smell. When we were getting ready for bed, we found small bugs, like beetles, on the sheets. The owner was quite enthusiastic, and the service was okay. The projector wasn't directly aligned with the bed.

Even with cloudy skies, we managed to see the peak, and at night, we even spotted the Big Dipper. The weather forecast said rain everywhere, but we had no rain at all throughout our trip. Lady Luck was definitely on our side!

Facilities: It has a smart home control system. The large bathtub for soaking is actually quite useless, almost no one uses it, and it takes up a lot of space. Parking is very convenient. Environment: Great for photos, especially the dedicated area on the top floor where you can get the Yulong Snow Mountain in the frame.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Amenities: Projector and smart devices are very convenient. Service: They offered to drop us off at Baisha Town and proactively asked if we wanted an early breakfast packed to go.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean! The location is also fantastic, very close to Baisha Ancient Town. Excellent value for money!

The room was clean and tidy, with fantastic amenities and smart home features throughout! It's very close to the ancient town, easily within walking distance. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Great value for money overall!

This guesthouse offers great value for money! The service was excellent and it's super convenient. All the attractions are nearby. The staff even helped us out with issues we had as out-of-town visitors and picked up a delivery for us. They really took great care of us. There's a shuttle bus to Junwangfu, and you can rent electric scooters at the supermarket across the street, which is very handy.
