the front desk worker was unmotivated and kinda rude, ignoring that my ID is not a passport and insisting i fill out a non suitable form instead of just scanning it. this person needs training,especially regards attitude.
besides that this hotel is very good. the lady bringing me to the room was very helpful and nice, the room is very tidy, very big bathroom and all things work well. the location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops around.

The breakfast is great. A very wide selection of fresh foods, western and Chinese.
Hotel swimming pool, gym and other amenities are great and clean. It was a little busy due to it being weekend in summer holiday, but the spa was wonderfully run and service was very welcoming.
Would recommend to anyone travelling to Yulin.

They also give away sugar-drenched tomatoes🍅. You can go and see the Danxia landform developed by the local aborigines. For a parking fee, you can go deep into the valley bottom and experience the landforms formed hundreds of millions of years ago. Give me a five-star review, ㊗️Boss B&B is getting better and better!

My husband and I went to the breakfast room to eat, hoping to bring a bowl of porridge and a steamed bun to the room for the child. The restaurant waiter and manager were strict in refusing, saying that for food safety, it was absolutely not possible, and it was useless to find anyone. Let me feel the indifference of the hotel deeply.
2. After breakfast on the last morning, I returned to the room and suddenly powered off. All the facilities related to electricity cannot be used, including the room telephone extension and toilet! ! ! There is no telephone extension, and you cannot respond to the customer's demands to the hotel as soon as possible; the toilet cannot be flushed without electricity! It made me feel like the hotel had no effective emergency plan.
3. In the hotel breakfast room, I ate breakfast three times, and I could see the waiter, chef and customer dining in the breakfast room at the same time every time. I feel that the professionalism of the hotel is really not strong, and it is far from the name of the ”international hotel”.
Of course, there are also commendable places. The room attendants are very enthusiastic and have a serious work attitude. They take the initiative to ask if we need to clean. The room is powered off. They help to respond to the situation and repeatedly confirm whether it is solved. It is commendable!
In addition, it is necessary to remind everyone that Yulin does not have a 24-hour pharmacy, and there is no pharmacy opening in the middle of the night, so there is no UU running errands in the middle of the night to take orders.
