Location is in the heart of Ayder, room is the best room ever I stayed in, includes, big jaccuzi with nice view to the mountain, 2 tvs, and big screen projector with netflix, the view from the room is spectacular, the bed is v.good, includes bluetooth speaker and massage seat, the whole experience was amazing…and the room most probably is the best in Ayder, ask about Limba suit :) Special thanks to Aly who was always supportive..

18.03.2023 uçağımız iptal oldu. Bu mecburi nedenle seyahatimiz iptal oldu ve otele gidemedik. Çalışan ve okul çağı çocuğu olan bizler aylar öncesinden plan yapabiliyoruz. Öyle her istediğimizde seyahat edemiyoruz. Durumu izah etmemize ve otelin %80 i boş olmasına rağmen (benzer eşdeğer odaların hala boş olmasına rağmen) ücret iadesi yapamayacaklarını önümüzdeki bir kaç gün içinde gelmemiz halinde oda hakkımızı kullanabileceğimizi söylediler ki malumunuz çalışan ve okul çağında çocuğu olanlar için planlama aylar öncesinde yapılabiliyor. ***et kibar kişiler onda bir sorun yok. Belki uygulama da böyledir onda da sorun yok. Fakat her türlü mağdur olduk. Eminim güzel bir işletmedir ama her şey para olmamalı biraz da halden anlamak gerekir. Hizmet vermeden para kazanıldı. Konaklama düşünenler dikkat etmeli.

We stayed in Villa de Pelit for 2 nights. We reserved a king suite⸮. It was the most expensive room type in the hotel and paid $1000 dollar. Surprise! it is located on the first floor and has no privacy at all. The cheaper options are higher floors and better views. From the breakfast spot, our room partly was see-through. Of course, the view is still stunning its the heart of nature. But paying for the most expensive room and having such a regular experience and knowing paying less and having a better one is annoying. The room design is really nice but just a face, nothing is working properly. The jacuzzi lightning was broken. The projector wasn't working correctly. So damaged in a short term. The last the internet connection went off. It was understandable but not a whole day considering all the facilities that they offer 80% is related to the internet connection. All the reasons that I decided to write this experience not just to let you know. Before we check out they charged the juices that they offered us in breakfast without telling its extra. The case is not that the extra for juice. We paid 1000$ for a king suite⸮ AND ASKING 2 DOLLARS FOR A JUICE :) basically explains everything about this hotel.

Perfect place to enjoy the nature it is very cosy and the staff are very friendly especially “Loay” , And the service was excellent. The room was very clean and we loved the Jacuzzi 😍😍 The food at restaurant is very delicious.

Ocak ayında 1 yaşındaki kızımızla konakladığımız otel gerek personel gerek temizligi gerekse musteri memnuniyeti ile bizden tam puan aldı. Ayder'in en iyi yerinde olup manzarasina hayran kalmamanız imkansız. Otelin işletmecileri Cengiz ve Cüneyt Bey' e de teşekkür ederiz. Rahat etmemiz için herseyi yaptilar. Umarım tekrar kalma fırsatımız olur 🙏

Her şeyiyle muhteşem. Cengiz beyin ve tüm çalışanların ilgi alakası, yaklaşımı harika, tüm işletmecilere örnek olacak cinsten. Odamız çok şık ve çok temizdi, manzaraya zaten söyleyecek söz yok. Ayrıca aracımız karda yolda kaldı, bizi kaldığımız yerden gelip aldılar, ayrılırken de aracı saplandığı yerden çekip kurtardılar, çok yardımcı insanlar, aşırı memnun kaldık her şeyiyle..
