Hakuunsou

This is one of my favorite accommodations. While the view from the room might not be spectacular, the food, rooms, and service were excellent. The place isn't very big, so it's very quiet and private. The onsen room is large and clean. Overall, I was very impressed.

The facilities, view, atmosphere, and hot spring were all very nice. The staff were all friendly.

I was really disappointed and sad. The room was just renovated. First of all, the room we were given was different from the photo of the room we had reserved. It seems to be a business hotel with only a bed. There are no chairs or tables, so you have to sit on the bed. The water in the sink doesn't drain and overflows, so you can't brush your teeth or wash your face. I had no choice but to wash my feet in the drain of the shower room, which was unnecessarily large. The open-air bath in the guest room was surprisingly cold. There was no explanation when we were shown to the bath, so we had to wait a while for the water to fill before getting in. I think they should have kept it warm since they knew the time we were supposed to check in. Our New Year's hot spring trip, which we had been looking forward to after paying 110,000 yen for two people, turned into a pathetic trip. I will never stay here again.

客室露天風呂付きのお部屋に1泊しました。チェックイン後すぐに客室露天風呂を利用しました。まだその時は少しお湯の温度が低めかな？くらいにしか思わなかったのですが夜になって利用した時のお湯の温度は37℃でとても寒くて入っていられませんでした。 すぐにフロントに連絡し調節(客室まで来て調節)してもらいましたが3時間後にはまた温度が下がり入れず。結局、故障してるので使用出来ない！と説明されました。そのかわり、貸し切り風呂を3回利用させて頂きましが毎回、フロントで鍵をもらい、完全に建物の外に出なくてならずかなり面倒でした。 チェックアウトの精算時、客室露天風呂が使用できなかった件について口頭で謝罪されました。今回、オプションで食事を個室利用(5,500円)を付けていたところ、そのオプション分を割り引かせてもらいます！との事... 3連休の初日の宿泊代は10万円以上の金額。客室露天風呂が使用できなかったのに、5,500円引きには到底納得できなかったので猛抗議しました！そしたら3割引に... 客が抗議すれば割引き、しなければほぼ正規の金額を請求する？そのシステムが許せないです。 年に5.6回温泉旅館を利用しますがこんな宿は初めてです。 もちろん、再訪は絶対にないです！
