Great experience, very comfortable, the staff can communicate in English very well, and the food is great.

I was honestly quite disappointed with our stay. The room only had a toilet—no shower or even a simple wash basin. We had to use a shared basin in the corridor, which was meant for several rooms. Having to go outside just to brush our teeth or wash our faces felt really inconvenient and uncomfortable. For showers, we had no choice but to use the Onsen. There were only 4 or 5 private onsen rooms, so my partner and I had to lock the door while others waited outside. It felt rushed and definitely not relaxing. This setup is really not suitable if you're traveling with an infant or small child. The walk from the station to the hotel took about 15 minutes. In cold weather, it felt even longer and wasn’t pleasant at all. The kaiseki dinner was underwhelming, and breakfast was very basic—far from what we had hoped for. We are staying at the last corner room with the washup in-front. Some guests will also used it there which is outside our room.(Pic attached) 30/3/2025

It's a grea deal to stay here. I stayed in a single bed room. It was cozy. They served a good dinner and breakfast!
