Yufuin Hanarenoyado Yukagetsu

Everything was great, but it's a bit inconvenient if you're not driving. It takes about 7 minutes to get there from the JR station by taxi, costing around 1200 Yen, and there aren't many taxis in Yufuin. The dinner arranged by the hotel was very satisfying.

This hotel is perfect for travelers on a road trip. It's a huge hotel, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Dinner was a pleasant surprise! You can even pack up your stuff until the next morning. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can get unlimited drinks next door. Excellent service!

My overall experience at this onsen hotel was quite pleasant, but the value for money is debatable ♨️. * The room features a private outdoor onsen, offering great privacy, so you can relax and soak at your leisure. * The room is spacious enough, making for a comfortable and unconfined stay. * You can freely choose between a Western-style or Japanese-style bed, which offers good flexibility. * Complimentary drinks are provided (until 8 PM), creating a very relaxing atmosphere 🍶. * Dinner can be added on and is delivered directly to your room, which is convenient and provides a sense of privacy.

This hotel was definitely the best one of our trip! The environment is superb. The absolute highlight was their Sukiyaki dinner with Wagyu beef included – that Wagyu was absolutely divine, incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The hot springs were also amazing, no complaints there. The only downsides were that the bedroom wasn't blackout and not soundproof. I was woken up by the light and the birds chirping in the morning.
