The hotel is nicely located 10 minutes drive away from the western entrance to Joshua Tree NP. The service is good and prompt but the hotel seems to be a scaled down version of its former self. There are fewer towels in the bayhroom, fewer utensils in the kitchenette, lighter blanket in the bed etc. Overall the place is still comfortable but stays away from luxury.

The waitresses of Ahsan are relatively poor, others are very good. There is a big supermarket across the road, which is very convenient.
