I accidentally saw a guide on Mafengwo that recommended that if you want to visit the Duoyishu Terraces, you should stay at Huawowojia Inn. The inn is built on the cliff. There are several inns from top to bottom. Their location is not the highest. After leaving the parking lot, you have to walk a long dirt road and stone steps to the bottom. It is a bit inconvenient for elderly people with mobility problems. Fortunately, the inn staff will carry a large backpack to help you carry your suitcase. I was afraid that my 28-inch suitcase would not fit, so they had to help us deliver it to the parking lot the next day. Although the view is not as wide as the above inns, it feels closer to the terraces. In addition to the view room, there is also an outdoor platform where you can drink tea, sunbathe and enjoy the view. The interior is very unique and romantic, and feels very warm. There are a few sofa cushions on the wooden staircase, and I feel like I can sit there for an afternoon to drink tea, read books, and bask in the sun. The room is also quite warm, with air conditioning, electric blankets, and a large shower room with separate wet and dry areas. You can enjoy the view from the large French window, but I still set up a tripod to take a time-lapse photo early in the morning. The sunrise was about 7:50, and I felt like I had been waiting for half an hour and it still hadn't come out. I couldn't help but go upstairs to the room, but it suddenly jumped out. The innkeeper thought it wouldn't come out today, but fortunately he took a photo and asked him to send it to me. The B&B is located next to the terraced fields, with a good view, comfortable facilities, good hygiene, and good sound insulation and heat preservation of the balcony doors and windows. The only problem is that the room door is not soundproof. When a wave of ******* guests are unscrupulous, they continue to make loud noises upstairs and downstairs for several hours at night, affecting rest. You can eat in the B&B, which is very convenient. It is not easy to open a B&B in the mountains to be hygienic and comfortable, and there are several local Hani aunts and sisters employed. Full marks!

I would say everything was great except the room. Location -- this is the main reason I choose the place. The rice terrace is in front of your room. Superb. There is rooftop to see sunrise too However, the place is not accessible for car. You need to park your car at car park around 300m from the hotel, call the hotel to pick up your luggage and you walk to the hotel by foot. It's not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Service'-- toiletries are generous. Breakfast is great with various options. Rooms are cleaned daily with new top up of toiletries and slippers. We can do laundry too. Detergent are provided. Why I give amenities 2 stars only? It's because I meed somewhere to give feedback on the room. I stayed for 3 nights at 2nd floor. There are 3 rooms of the same kind. However, my room has weird design. While the other two have perfect squarie room and spacious, our room, at thr most corner is smaller with bad design. There are wall built to cut off a space around 2x3 m. See pictures. It”s hard to put our luggage. There is sofa without tables. I suspect no space to add a table as it will block to walk way, not so confortable.
