床單和枕頭髮黃還帶不明污漬，還有毛髮在上面，房間有異味，衞生間很臟，無熱水，水管銹跡斑斑，燒水壺連蓋都沒有，各種傢俱破爛不堪，房間隔音太差，空調外機轟鳴。
