這個酒店確實不錯，整體而言非常乾淨，整齊，給人感覺很舒適，推薦大家來沅江可以住這裏。前台服務不錯，房間裏沒衣架及時送過來了。是一次非常不錯的住宿體驗

房間的衞生還是比較乾淨，服務一般，特意定了一個含自助早餐的房，可是早上八點四十過去就沒什麼吃的了！！

不怎麼樣，半夜熱水不熱，呼叫總枱兩次都是回答説來個服務員看看，結果來了後直接説著本地話，意思就是讓我多放下水，還好我還能聽懂些，換個外地的，多半衹能靠猜了。
最後結果放了快半小時水吧，沒到理想温度，衹能湊合著洗了。

整體挺好，特別是小孩遊樂設施，美中不足之處如下：
1、房間電話按牆上説明、服務薄上的聯繫方式都無法聯繫到前台，最後還是用自己手機聯繫前台。
2、進入房間，發現床單上很大一個洞。不過聯繫前台後很快就換了。
3、停車位有點少。

房間環境衞生都很好，衹是住的房間地漏不行，衞生間的插座沒電，洗浴區塊的燈也總是自動關閉，不太方便。隔音一般。會思考要不要再訂他們家。

設施稍舊點，服務挺好的，感謝。有早餐。周邊有河邊公園出門就是。。
一點建議: 願早餐那 能真正做到禁止吸煙就好了。
