Awful hotel and room. It looked abandoned when we pulled in no sign & lobby was locked. Had to call & wait a while for staff to check us in. Bed was clean but the room smelt bad. A/C worked thank goodness. No Kleenex in the bathroom & mold in the shower. We should’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn across the road. The pictures of this hotel must be decades old they’re very misleading. Do yourself a favour & pass on this one.

Someone needs to take time to clean ALL the windows in the front entrance and in the rooms. Very disgusting! Tried to Look out the window from my room and could hardly see out they were so filthy. The parking lot needs lots of work to fill all the pot holes. Rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

There was no staff there at 9pm. We called the number on the door and got an automated request for a code we were not given. The parking lot was empty and all other properties in the area were sold out. We found a place about 60 km later on the highway. There had better not be a charge on my credit card.

Nothing to like. There was a sign on the door to call when you wanted in but no one answered so had to end up getting a different hotel room in the end

very old facility and parking lot and exterior building in disrepair. had to make a phone call for check in. overly concerned staff with regard to covid. room was clean and comfortable but very warm.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciated all the pillows. The shower didn’t work, and as I can only take showers I was shocked and a bit upset. The coffee area as well as the bathroom wasn’t too clean... Also, there was a desk but no outlets free so my laptop could not be plugged in for me to work. The room was a disappointment.

No one would answer the phone we called for hours on the way to the property as we were going to be arriving late in the night. ******* rep also called and could not reach the hotel. We arrived and called the number on the paper on the door that says call anytime for assistance as the desk is not always maned due to covid19. Still no one answered. So with two very tired kids and a VERY long distance car ride we had no where to stay for the night and had to try and get a room at another hotel.
Worst experience we have ever had with a hotel and with an ******* booking
