I will never stay in this hotel again. It is right next to York Minster. The window of the room can see half of the church. It costs more than 3,000 a night. There are no slippers, no toothbrush, no pajamas, no breakfast, and the room facilities are old. The toilet is a rope-type on the roof. You need to stand to flush it. You can imagine it. The quilt and pillow are still the old cotton. It has not been changed for a long time. The room is only large. Note that it only takes a few dozen minutes to walk around the old city of York. The next day, I asked to check out at 10:30. It is usually 12 o'clock, right? So just based on this window view, service and facilities, I feel that the price is unreasonable.

Amazing stay from start to finish. My mother has mobility issues and uses a mobility scooter. The staff were brilliant with this - carrying it in and out, and charging it up for her. The room was spotless, large and well appointed and the breakfast was amazing. Big thank you to Beata on reception and the others who were so friendly and helpful during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Dean Court to anyone visiting York.
