The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and we were given a room on the top floor with an expansive view, where we enjoyed York's spectacular evening glow. The hotel is also very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk, which was super convenient.

Tv and shower and breakfast was fantastic. the bed was comfy. Hotel was a bit dated. Great location close to the train station. I am a bit upset they didn’t give me river view room. :((

Radisson Blu York Located very close to York city centre, which is a big win. The hotel itself felt a bit dimly lit inside, but the staff were friendly and helpful. We got lucky with a room that had a lovely sunset view – definitely a highlight. A supermarket is nearby as well, so daily needs were easy to cover.

Our family chose the Radisson Hotel in York as one of the stops for our child's graduation trip, and we were very satisfied. The drinks at the front desk were delicious, absolutely fantastic. Although the family suite wasn't exceptionally spacious, it was still quite good for a hotel in the UK. It's within walking distance of the York Museum Gardens, and the hotel is right by the river, offering great views and scenery. We could also hear singing from the bar, which seemed to stop promptly around 10:00 PM.

Everything is good except dusty condition; my laptop and some items have been covered by dust after only one night stay.

Great location of hotel, in between Train station and city center and best for some final shopping and picking up luggage for your next train ride. Unfortunately, the toilet is quite unclean with bugs and used paper stuffed in new ones, bin was uncleaned too. We might never book another Radisson anymore.

Very disappointing stay, poor cleanliness and service. The staff were not polite and helpful at all. Overall, it was a frustrating stay and not the standard I expected.

Everything was good; you could check in and out independently. The shower wasn't very convenient, as water would spill all over the floor. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
