Novotel York Centre

Amazing city hotel in the heart of York. We had a great time as family and the boys really enjoyed the swimming

Swimming pool is nice but it is a small size, it needs to book in advance. Location is great, about 10 mins walk to centre.

Well positioned , clean hotel. Great staff, great breakfast, big rooms. Lovely riverside location, walkable to the centre along the river. The pool  is smallish , sauna big and good, no steam room .The.pool has to be booked at reception for 30 min period.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also quite accommodating. The location is superb as it is just a 12 mins walk to thr city center. The pool and sauna made the sray more fun. The only critique would be the breakfast as breakfast options are limited and the same everyday. There were not enough pastries or hot food options. But it is definitely not bad. It is just a tiny feedback that would make the whole experience a 10/10.

15-20 minutes walk from the town Centre. The best hotel we stayed at in the UK so far. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is good. Great for families.

Friendly services and nice environment. Location is only few mins to bus stop or walkable distance to town

Perfect location for York city, really nice and clean however the sink in the bathroom stank

Hotel is attractive because of leisure facilities and the breakfast area is fab. Very friendly staff. Room was ok but the carpet was stained and looked like it needed replacing.
