The location was convenient as it was centrally located, and the hotel was clean and nice. The service was good and the interior was quiet, making the stay comfortable. I would like to visit again next time I have the chance.

It was the best hotel around Dongtan. The price wasn't bad, and the room condition was clean. It was nice to have a time terrace right next to it. It was a bit close to the apar**ent right in front.

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. I arrived a little after 3 o'clock, checked in, took the elevator, and got off at the floor where the embankment was. Then, when I went to the room, a staff member wearing a uniform came out of the room. I wondered if they had just finished cleaning the room, so I asked if I could go in and entered. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

Since I had to walk a lot from Everland, I made a reservation at a facility with massage chairs. My husband and I both liked the massage chair. The bathroom and shower room have glass windows, so it might not be good for business, but it was great for a couple! The room size was smaller than expected, but it was enough to relax. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay! It was clean and had everything I needed, so there was no inconvenience in using it!

It wasn't a defect, but the switch was pressed automatically. • Late check-out costs 20,000 won per hour. However, please note that it is possible to process a certain amount of delays without additional charge. • The location is close to the bus stop that goes directly to Everland, but... it's a bit disappointing. I think I got lost even more after going in at night.

Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

Very clean and good spacious room for good rest for business. Good hotel service and 15 mins walking distance to nearest subway station.

What I liked: I liked the beautiful garden landscaping, neat facilities, simple but satisfying breakfast, and the overall quiet atmosphere! Disappointing points: Remote location, lack of parking spaces around the room building, and the amount of shampoo among the reusable amenities in the bathroom was very small, so I used it with anxiety.
