This is my third stay in yokohama hilton and I got free upgrade with better view! Thanks for the arrangement! As always, the room is tidy and clean! However, the service in breakfast just a little bit disappointed! In the past, they serve the coffee immediately, while no one is care except the last morning (maybe just too busy?). Anyway, overall is nice!

Completely exceeded my expectations! It has all the cleanliness and attentive service you'd expect from a Japanese hotel, but the facilities are even better than typical Japanese hotels. Overall, I loved it and will definitely be back!

I had a lovely stay at Hilton Yokohama. Modern spacious and clean rooms, with everything you need. The building was relatively new and the interior was wow very beautiful ambiance.

Love Yokohama's harbor vibe. The coffee machine was a great touch, definitely worth coming back!

The building is grand, bedroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Location is far from the station, needs 10-15 mins walk. Bathtub’s water pressure is not enough to fill the tub quickly. Breakfast was varied and tasty, but nothing stands out. Coffee machine inside the room is nice. We asked for a bit of late checkout and they couldn’t give it despite us asking twice, not even for + 30 mins, because apparently the hotel is “full”. We didn’t really see that many guests, and when we try to book online, there are more rooms available. That’s disappointing and doensn’t reflect the brand value of Hilton. I don’t even know if it’s legally 4 or 5 star hotel.

True to its five-star rating, the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and it's very close to K-Arena.

The Hilton Yokohama was a pleasant surprise! The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The service was attentive and thorough. Plus, the surrounding area has convenient transportation and mature amenities. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

What more can I say? I'm completely satisfied! Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Every detail was meticulously handled. Environment: Tidy, clean, and comfortable. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming. I intentionally skipped breakfast because I tend to wake up late, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the Hilton Yokohama offers great value for money, and the transportation is very convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station, right across the pedestrian bridge.

Very good and very convenient location especially if you have event at k-arena as the area is just downstairs. Only down side is food and shopping is nearer to yokohama station but that is also only a 10mins walk

The room was fantastic and spacious. If you're coming to Karena for a concert, don't hesitate, you absolutely have to book this place! Try to make time for breakfast too. The room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped, even with an electric toilet.

I didn't take many pictures of the room, but it was definitely worth the price. The environment, facilities, and service were all great. However, the location was a bit of a killer; you had to walk across a pedestrian bridge to get there. On the plus side, there's a convenience store downstairs and a direct bus to Haneda Airport.

Check in at evening time, fast and easy to check. With private carpark rate at 3000 overnight. Breakfast is ok

I was here for a business trip, and the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, really close to Yokohama Station, just over a ten-minute walk. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were replenished daily. The view was also great. Highly recommend it!

The navigation from Yokohama Station to the hotel was a bit绕, but taking the overhead walkway was very convenient. The room was a decent size. Downstairs is the Anpanman Children's Museum, and since it was a holiday, there were a lot of Japanese kids playing there. The only downside was that the room had no view, just several construction sites. The breakfast was pretty good for the price I paid. If this were a hotel in Tokyo for the same price, the quality would be much worse. I've been to Japan many times and think Yokohama is a great place to visit.
