Amenities could be provided more for travelers such as hair mask and toothpaste. Other than that, the location and cleanliness are perfect.

Price value is amazing. Location is quiet. There is a water dispenser at hotel lobby. Breakfast is decent too.

It is greatly located near to Shin yokohama station which is a new business district. Very nice location and near to none stop shuttle bus to Narita airport.

The hotel is located not far from the train station. The room is compact but clean. The staff is excellent.

I used it for an event at Yokohama Arena, and it was close to the venue so it was really easy to use. However, the only problem I have is the air conditioning. When I used it, I wanted to use the air conditioning so I turned it on, but only hot air came out, not cold air, so I decided to open the window for the time being, but I try to avoid opening the window if possible, so it would be great if the air conditioning could blow cold air. Other than that I think it was really good.

The room was very dry, so I asked for a humidifier to borrow, and they delivered it to my room. They also lent me a hair iron (^^) The room was small, but clean, and it was a hotel I'd like to stay at again. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nice hotel, located near Shin-Yokohama station, which is very convenient. There is also a ramen museum nearby. The hotel itself is not new, but everything works fine. The room is compact, which is also normal for Japan.

The single room in the hotel is very small and there is almost no room to move around when sitting on the chair (even if you are not thin enough, you cannot sit down) The equipment is old and the air conditioner cannot be dispatched. Good location. Near the subway station. There are convenience stores nearby.

The facilities are not new, but other than that I didn't really mind. (Examples of facilities that are not new: no auto-lock, turn-type lock instead of card key/toilet seat and toilet bowl are misaligned) Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, but a bit heavy. (Chinese food served from the morning) I probably just ate too much... If only these things didn't bother me🙆♀️

The front desk was very polite. The breakfast was varied and had a deep flavor. It was not just ordinary, but had a quality that made me want to eat it again. The carrot smoothie was excellent and soft.

I took an overnight flight on this trip to Japan, so I was very tired and arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. The receptionist was accommodating and allowed me to rest in the lobby. It was my first trip to Japan, and I was very happy to be treated so kindly and to be able to stay at such a nice hotel. Thank you again😊

It's convenient for taking the Shinkansen, as the station is close by and there are many shops in the surrounding area. However, there was no USB port in the room, and I forgot to bring a power plug, so I couldn't charge my phone.
