Great stay with excellent location. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. The location was very convenient for getting around Yokohama. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! It's right outside Exit 4 of Nihon-Odori Station. My ocean view room faced the harbor, and I even caught the fireworks display (though it was only five minutes, I still saw it!). On a clear day, the sea view was delightful. The hotel's partner cafe, Coffee Kan, offers a self-service breakfast. While the selection isn't huge, it's very tasty and reasonably priced. The drip coffee provided in the room was delicious, a medium-dark roast – I wish I had asked for more bags!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. We stayed for 9 days. The room was quite spacious and quiet, and there's a cozy lounge. The hotel is very conveniently located: a direct bus to Haneda Airport stops nearby, the subway entrance is right next door, and looking at the map, the area to the left features Western and Japanese establishments, to the right is Chinatown, and above is the waterfront and port with walking paths. It takes about an hour to reach Tokyo Station by subway. This is probably the best place I've stayed so far in the greater Tokyo area, even though it's technically a suburb.

Location: This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. There's a dedicated elevator from Exit 4 of Nihon Odori Station, and downstairs you'll find a Japanese cafe and bakery perfect for a quick bite. It's just two stops to Minato Mirai with guaranteed seating, and within walking distance of the Red Brick Warehouse, Yamashita Park, and Chinatown. You can also catch the Seabass from Yamashita Park pier for a beautiful night view tour. Cleanliness: While not exceptionally meticulous, the cleanliness is still decent and meets expectations for this price point. One evening, I toasted some bread, and the housekeeping staff even washed my plate and chopsticks afterward, which was a nice touch.

Near to subway station and overall very nice and clean room. Hotel helped to upgrade room for free as well.

The room size is larger than other hotels of the same caliber in Tokyo. The hotel is right next to Nihon-ōdōri Station, so even if it rains, shopping around isn't a problem. There's also a lounge on the seventh floor that guests can freely use.

Facilities: Very practical, the room size is quite generous. There's a laundry room and a lounge area available for use. Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good, the Minatomirai Line is right downstairs. Service: Good

This hotel, part of the Ascott group, is incredibly convenient, located right above the Japan Avenue station exit via elevator, and very close to Yamashita Park. The room is quite spacious, and the internal facilities are excellent. Having cutlery and a microwave in the room was a big plus. The only minor downside is that they only provide the most basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, unlike other hotels that offer samples of facial cleanser and such. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Yokohama.

Fantastic hotel! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English. The location is superb, right above the subway station, which is a huge plus if you have a lot of luggage. This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. While there aren't many dining options nearby, the peace and quiet were worth it! It's only a 10-minute walk to the seaside, and right next to Osanbashi Pier, which offers the most beautiful views of Yokohama Bay. The hotel facilities are also great; the gym, though small, had everything I needed. All in all, a five-star recommendation!

The receptionist is very helpful. Everything is well considered.

Location is 5 minutes from nihon odori station and very convinience to acess especially with luggages. Room is as described in trip.com and luckily we got upgrade to harbour view room. Guest lounge at 7th floor has free flow coffee in nespresso machine and tea in varieties of choice..super convinience. Overall we love to stay again at this hotel if we come to Yokohama.
