During my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. 2 adults and 1 kid. the hotel location is of course far from downtown tokyo, but that is a compromise we were willing to take to stay in a comfier and spacious room. there are two metro stations nearby (1 closer, other one a 20 minute walk away). Both walkways are passing through a mall and a covered pathway which has travelators installed. The nearby malls and cup noodle museum were great. lot of eating and dining options. and tōkyō downtown was a 40 minute subway ride. Overall a great stay. You can also get airport limousine from hotel reception level 1 and there are comfy sofas to wait for your checkin time or post checkout.

The hotel is very new. The location is very good. The view room is large and very beautiful.
The service is very good. The private room is also very good. The overall feeling is very comfortable. The set breakfast is also good. The north area of the hotel is directly connected to the commercial building. There is a Starbucks on the first floor and a 24/7 supermarket. It is very convenient. It is also very convenient to have direct access to the hotel from Haneda Airport. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Yokohama.

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

Oakwood are great for family travels because they often come as suites and that means a living room and kitchen without the ”suite” price at regular hotels. The building was also great. Basically a residential building where the hotel has a few floors. Nearby was all the restaurants, activities associated with Minatomirai. In addition the benefit was that the station exit was literally right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is unexpected nice and convenient. She is located next to the exit of the train station (日本大通站). Good for families as they have washing machines and dryers at a cost (costs Yen 400 for washing and Yen 100 for drying), guest rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave. I also like their room amenities, including body wash and hand wash. If you prefer less busy area, but accessible, this hotel definitely is a good choice. Overall, I would rate this hotel with 4 stars out of 5.

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out.
There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below.
Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m
All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

YYexiaokang1981Perfect experience, very convenient to Tokyo, Haneda, Kamamachi, the price is cheaper than the hotel in the city. Although it is not in the city, it is very convenient for eating and shopping.
CChee KinSuperb location with super market, many eateries, thrift stores, shopping malls, gyms within 5 mins walk.
Yokohama Station also just 6 mins walk away.
Simmons bed! Great sleep! Great amenities and clean. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
Day trip to kamakura and enoshima Island.
Lunch at restaurant on ground floor.
LLuci-BThis is definitely value for money for Japan. Standard is high in Japan, but stay at this hotel was pleasant. Good central location. Small room but that is pretty standard here. All amenities provided and pyjamas. Comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Good reliable internet. Nice Italian place to eat next to the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, perfect location nearby subway station and walking distance to all tourist spots and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was great and customer service was great. Would stay again next time.
GGuest UserThe luggage of two people was a bit cramped in this room.
There was steak for breakfast, although the taste and texture were average, but it was better than nothing. The so-called pancakes were actually egg wrapped vegetables and the like, which was a bit unpalatable.
It was very close to Yokohama Arena, which was the best point. I came here just for this reason, so it was convenient to watch the live show.
UUncle J WayFirst time staying in a capsule sex hotel
Many people say they can't sleep well, so what?
But to be honest, I slept really well❤️
Compared to the bedrooms on the ship, there is no shaking here.
Compared to camping tents, there is air conditioning here
Compared to dormitory beds, this place is clean and comfortable
And I’m very used to the enveloping sense of space, so I don’t feel any pressure at all.
There is also a large bath downstairs where you can take a bath and have an oven where you can wash clothes and dry them.
It's close to the station and the price is NT$800 per night (including tax and sleep).
The only thing I find difficult to use is the locker, which is really small.
I only took a backpack with me this time, and it was a sailor-style duffel bag. I had to force myself to put it in... Then if the guest next to me wanted to take something, I had to take out all the items from the locker with great difficulty, like the exhibition The BOM table uses up the narrow aisle space, and then keeps saying ”すみません” to people passing by!すみません!すみません!
However, it is still a nice place to stay anyway!
I will give it a 3.8 stars ⭐️ by C/P rating
GGuest UserI absolutely love this hotel! The room was spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Had a good night sleep and I'm usually a light sleeper even with the sound of the trains, it wasn't that noticeable for me. The cleaners are efficient and there is a communal table on the ground floor near reception which is a great spot for working while the cleaner is cleaning with access to cold tea and amenities. I didn't like the check in process with the male Chinese receptionist, I felt it was a bit difficult for him to check me in and was hesitant to give me free wifi so I could show him my reservation email, he eventually was able to find my reservation, this is a very minor complaint. I will definitely rebook again as the location is close to convenient stores and the train station and a nice stroll through the harbour and Collette Mane. Very affordable accommodation and great value for what you get compared to areas that are closer to Tokyo.
GGuest UserNice to set my foot again to this hotel. It was the hotel accommodation I booked during my first trip in Japan. Still the same except they dont offer breakfast . The staffs are friendly and helpful.
SSaikhnaa AmarsaikhanThe location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay:
1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about?
2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.
FFeifeibaiI saw many comments saying that the fully automatic self-service check-in is troublesome, and I was worried for a while. I didn't expect that when I checked in, not only did the front desk staff help me check in, but they also introduced each room and my bed in detail. In addition, there were staff at the front desk every day during the few days I stayed, so I didn't think I had to worry about the check-in problem. The bed doesn't look big from the outside, but it's enough to lie in it! The lights are also warm and bright! There are paper cups, water dispensers, and microwaves in the public lounge, where you can eat and chat. There are two men's toilets, two women's toilets, and two separate small shower rooms in the bathroom area. I didn't encounter any queues when I checked in, and the hygiene was good. There was a hair dryer to use after washing my hair.
The only drawback is that there are a lot of mysterious curly hairs in the gap between the mattress and the bed board! Obviously, other places are quite clean, why is the bed like this. .
In addition, bath towels, disposable toothbrushes, pajamas, etc. all cost extra money, but they are not expensive, all about 50 to 300 yen.
