The location is good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the subway. It is on a main road with everything around. It is convenient to eat and drink. There is 711 downstairs. This time, I stayed at a hotel different from 3 days for business sightseeing. For a Daiwa Roynet, I found this hotel a bit disappointing compared to their other hotels. Their other hotels tend to be much more modern in feel and minimalist yet comfortable. This one felt ”old”. Flooring was minimally carpeted so the floor felt hard. Beds were not as comfy as their other hotels. But the rooms seemed larger than normal even for standard rooms. Location is good because it's right on the outskirts of Chinatown and the Yama****a park and station. So from the hotel, accessibility to Yokohama is great.
