I chose such an expensive one-night accommodation after looking at the pictures on the Internet, but it is not worth it at all. I will not stay next time. The separate soaking pool outside the room is full of leaves and dirty things. It looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time The kind, then this facility is just a decoration, but the service is still okay, but this room is really not worth more than 1800

酒店在莽山國家森林公園西門，酒店裡麪的温泉十分漂亮，有很多池子可以泡，上完山下來泡一下很舒服，我訂的房間在温泉裏面，在山上，要經過温泉區 有點遠，行李多的不建議住，總體來説還是比較滿意的

【位置】
位於湖南郴州莽山森林公園的西門，離莽山漂流很近，但離五指峯景區需要1個小時的車程…
【房間】
還是推薦入住小木屋的，雖然從酒店前台到小木屋是沒有接駁車的，上下後山全靠腳，要爬2段斜坡+走幾十節台階，但比玻璃房的位置要好得多，畢竟我們入住的2天中，無邊泳池（玻璃房）的電梯一直沒修好…不敢想象拎着行李要怎麼走這麼遠…
相比很舊的主樓，小木屋應該是後修建的，整體設施要好很多，配備了極米的投影，有一個温泉池+室外泳池，洗手間也是乾濕分離的，整個配色和設施感覺是用了心的，但小木屋整體位於温泉區域，各種不認識的小飛蟲、蚊子很多，還好空調夠勁，沒有被咬…
【吃】
早餐品種看起來還算多，但質量不算太高…小木屋最好的點在於早餐可以送到房間，中餐晚餐可以點中餐廳，+15%的服務費就可以送進房間，價格也是很合適的，並不比外面的農莊貴…
【總結】
作為莽山温泉酒店的第二貴的房間，最大的缺點是從前台到房間這段的接駁，考慮不太到位，而且每次衹安排一人拉行李，我們於心不忍都會自己拉一個…另外，房間小飛蟲有點兒多，還發現了一衹大蟑螂，但畢竟在温泉區，不能怪罪在清潔阿姨身上
温泉區還是很大很適合遛娃的，服務很熱情，温泉很舒適，房間也挺大，總體還是會推薦給朋友的

嗯…出差住了這一家1800多的民宿，酒店管理和服務生都挺好的，唯一不好就是治安管理不到位，我住的叫棲霞房間半夜有人敲門，按了6次密碼（輸了6次密碼錯誤的聲音把我嚇醒），真的大冬天把我嚇醒了！醒來後開了燈就不再按密碼了。門口沒聲音我就立馬打電話給管家，管家很快也趕過來了。陽台位置靠着樓上温泉區是有樓梯小道可以直走，很不安全。然後房間門口和陽台後山位置都沒有監控，存在很大的安全隱患！！

再次來到莽山遊玩，選擇了這裏最好的酒店。房間很有特色，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，有浴缸有私人泡池。房間就坐落在大山裡，環境好的不要不要的，在房間就能看見外面山景，超級震撼。酒店服務一流，從進店就有專人服務，行李都不用抄心，有人幫忙提，入住還有水果贈送，房間的大牌飲料免費使用（椰汁，可樂，王老吉，旺仔，紅牛）。路上碰到的服務員都好熱情的打招呼，那種微笑讓人感覺很舒服。這樣的酒店，難怪可以榮獲那麼多的獎，好多電視台的都報道。以後來都是必選。
