很滿意的一家民宿！！首先是停車非常方便，門口就有特別的地方，民宿能燒烤，有游泳池，温泉，環境不錯，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，房間都很乾凈，床特別軟特別舒服，管家小姐姐特別熱情 隨和，附近還有很多景區，隨便一處拍照都好看！離開城市的喧囂，偶爾來這家民宿度假非常不錯的選擇~

攜程訂的古樹房，到了地方發現房間與實際圖片一點不符，整個房間沒有窗，很悶很悶，枕頭有一股味道，感覺很不衞生。馬桶邊緣上有臟的東西自己擦乾淨了。ps:農家樂菜的味道不錯。

一個安靜的鄉村名宿，很有江南韻味，彷彿回到了小時候……管家很貼心，知道我們是為老公過生日來的，免費幫我們升級了星空茶房，還送了兩份甜點，晚餐特意安排了玻璃房，菜是小時候記憶中外婆的味道，每道菜都很美味可口，必須為她們點個贊👍🏻

對於此次的入住整體滿意度是偏低的。首先選擇陶山居就是看到他宣傳的山景大床房圖片中有超大浴缸，但實際到了之後，管家安排給的山景大床房中未有超大浴缸，説衹有第一間有，但空調不好（確實空調也打不開，但天氣還好這個可以不去説），後來和管家説了要超大浴缸換到第一間超大浴缸房間，但感覺可能疫情剛放開還是平時沒人房間打掃的不勤快還是啥，進門看到的綠蘿葉子枯黃，水壺下的託盤中積灰和小蟲子。到了晚上想浴缸泡澡，放出來的水温度感覺最多35度的樣子一點也不熱。和管家反應説二樓都正常沒問題要麼換房間，但本身衝著超大浴缸去，換了那我酒店訂在那的意義在哪呢？還有就是最關鍵的是晚上休息，空調出風口處一直有一個綠燈閃爍，早上問管家説每個房間都有，説是空調感應的，但感應不至於我空調都開不了，要閃爍一晚上吧，對於睡眠要求高的人來説，這太離譜了，也太顯眼了。前期所有的幻想被撞擊的七零八落。
總結以下：
1.對於淡季，遊客入住不高，酒店沒有對於所有房間做好客户的入住準備，沒有做好所有設施的檢查，最後導致體驗感很差。
2.對於平台酒店房間圖片宣傳，應該要做區分，如山景大床房A然後房間內是什麼樣佈局，B房間內是什麼樣佈局，不然將房間圖片和衞生間圖片放在一起會讓人誤認為所有房間衞生間一樣。導致定的時候和最終入住時候不同，一旦旺季到來客户往往不滿意
3.當然酒店晚上夜景燈光還是不錯的

很美的一個民宿，像私家花園，管家特別熱心善良，體驗感超級好，也很有耐心，像朋友一樣，下個月再來。#位置交通到哪裡都很方便，距離雲湖景區衹要幾分鐘車程#早餐很好吃哦，老闆自己做的早飯，健康，衞生#房間景觀我們住的一樓，門口就是院子，愜意優美，像世外桃源一般#游泳池水特別乾淨，兩天就換一次，也沒有葯水味兒，很安全噢#停車停車方便噢，門口一個大草坪，可以停車
