Yixing Hotel

It was an unpleasant experience. I came to Yixing on a business trip. I came here for the name of Yixing Hotel. Although the room is a bit old, it is acceptable. Hotel management needs to be improved! There are a few unacceptable things in the room 1. After washing my hands and applying body lotion, I found that the body lotion has expired for nearly half a year. It's understandable that it's overdue for a few days, but it's half a year overdue, so it's impossible for the hotel management to not know about it! Is this respect for guests? I reported the situation to the front desk, and the front desk came to apologize and sent a new set of toiletries. I looked around, and the toothbrushes seemed to be all three-no products. 2. The disinfectant wipes placed on the toilet, I don’t know if it’s been left for a long time or what, it’s so disgusting that I can’t bear to touch it with my hands! 3. The waiter knocked on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning and asked if I would like to check out. Should I check out at 9 o'clock? Is it more polite to call the room even if I ask if I can check out or not? Hope to pay more attention to details

The free upgrade to the deluxe standard room in Block B is great, the beauty service at the front desk is very attentive and gentle, I want to stay a few more days, haha, unfortunately just passing by, the first five-star hotel opened in Yixing worthy of the name, breakfast It is very rich, the time is very long until 10 o'clock, and there is a fruit gift in the evening. The room is big beyond imagination, the smart toilet is very comfortable, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. I will choose to live here next time. 😀

A five-star hotel in Yixing deserves its name. I chose the new building of Building B. The new Chinese-style decoration makes the eyes bright. The room is spacious and bright, the equipment is high-end and fashionable, and the stay is comfortable and quiet. I would like to thank Manager Jiang for his hospitality, personally received the room, and the gift of thoughtful fruit and drinks. Really good, it is worth recommending a good place to stay. If I come to Yixing again next time, I will definitely stay again.

Nice staying experience, old five-star hotel, timeless, new decoration of Building B, Chinese style, large room, super cost-effective! Especially breakfast, 48 yuan, is simply a conscience price! Take the baby out, the front desk will be extended to two o'clock to check out. The fly in the ointment is that the swimming pool is not open. I will try again next time I come to Yixing.

Friends came to play and entertain, the lady at the front desk was very good, helped us upgrade the room for free, the room in Block B was really good, newly renovated, high-end atmosphere, good experience (๑╹ヮ╹๑)ﾉ, next time will come.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is clean and hygienic, very satisfied with the second stay
