The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super soft and incredibly comfortable – even more so than some five-star hotels I've stayed in.

I only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile. I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots. The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me. The entire process was natural and thoughtful, without any pretense. It's these small things that make you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kiko.

The room was great! Although it's an older property, I hesitated a bit when booking, but decided to trust Marriott, and I'm glad I did. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service was excellent. I asked the front desk for a late checkout and they happily granted it, and even upgraded my room type. I'll definitely stay at Marriott again next time I'm in town!

The environment is clean and tidy, and although the facilities aren't the newest, they are well-maintained. The location is super convenient, especially being so close to Trade City District 1. It's easy to get to all the attractions from here. Breakfast offers a great variety of choices, and the service is excellent.

Special thanks to Manager Cici for his enthusiasm, professionalism, timely response, and meticulous service, which made people feel very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. High cost-effectiveness, the first choice for business travel, come back next time!

Our room wasn't ready immediately upon arrival, so we had to wait a bit, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage for us, which didn't impact our plans at all. The hotel's location is fantastic – it's super close to the first district of the trade city, making shopping incredibly convenient. You just cross the road downstairs and you're there. Shin Kong Place is also right next door. Oh, and when we were checking our bags, the hotel staff even printed out an introduction to the different areas of the trade city, which was such a thoughtful touch!

The front desk service was great! My room was on a high floor, too! Breakfast was good; this stay, I had the best *shengjian* (pan-fried buns) I've ever tasted at a hotel! Plus, there were a lot of international guests at this hotel; I heard many foreign languages during breakfast!

Exceptional hospitality – Felix went above and beyond I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless. On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue. Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.

The hotel's location is great, right across from the Trade City District 1. The room is spacious enough and well-equipped. The cleaning staff, Xiao Yu, was very thoughtful; seeing that I had used the bathtub, she brought over bath salts and left a note, which was a very warm gesture. The breakfast is quite rich, especially the Western food, which is varied and colorful. There are several coffee machines, so there's no need to queue. The toiletries are all good, especially the essential oil soap; my hands felt so moisturized I didn't even need hand cream afterwards.

I rarely leave bad reviews, and I've stayed at many Marriott hotels around the world, but this experience was truly disgusting. 1. I knew the bed was small and I was traveling with a child, so I requested a bed rail a month in advance when booking the room. Upon arrival, I was told they were all taken by other guests. I highly doubt that all other guests booked earlier than me; it's clearly just an excuse for not checking the notes. 2. The room was dim, and one of the two reading lights was broken. Also, I don't know which genius designed this, but the light switch is inside a drawer. Yes, you read that right. You have to open a drawer to turn off the power, which is incredibly inconvenient. 3. The seal in the bathroom was bulging, and the door wouldn't close. Do you expect me to hold the door while using the toilet? 4. I clearly purchased a breakfast for two, but the restaurant staff wouldn't let me in, insisting it was only for one person. It took a lot of hassle to finally get in. Can't they check their system information? 5. I booked two rooms, and when I arrived, one was still being cleaned. So I had to check into the other one first. They said they would send the room card to my room after cleaning, but that never happened.

The hotel is a bit old, but it has all the necessary facilities and the location is very convenient. I always stay here whenever I come to Yiwu. I'd still recommend it.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for accessing sections 1 and 2 of the trade city, both are very close by. The hotel staff are exceptionally well-trained, and many are bilingual, easily switching between languages. I even received a room upgrade. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. Overall, my experience was excellent.

I've never seen so many foreigners at breakfast in a Chinese hotel before, which really goes to show that Yiwu truly is a global city. This time, I specifically booked an executive room, but the executive lounge's ambiance and food options, especially the limited drinks and snacks available during afternoon tea, were quite disappointing. The high-floor executive lounge felt underutilized, and the overall experience was just average.
