This is really the worst hotel in Vienna I have ever stayed in. It is particularly bad. Except for the enthusiastic front desk staff, there is nothing else I can say about it. The price during the peak tourist season and the facilities in the guest house left me speechless.

The room is a bit old, but it is quite spacious. The location is good. There are laundry machines and dryers, which is very convenient. This is the first time I have seen a dryer, and the speed is not very fast.

The room is clean and the equipment is compact. The hot water is comfortable for bathing, and the hot water comes out in less than three seconds. The owner is considerate and there is a fruit plate. The reception is attentive and enthusiastic. It is convenient for shopping and traveling. There are many special snacks around. It takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The price is reasonable, the service is thoughtful, safe, and the breakfast is not bad. I am willing to stay here next time.

This Vienna is the only hotel I stayed at during my trip to Xinjiang where I couldn’t sleep at night🤣 A room costs RMB 500, which is actually not a cheap price, but the environment is hygienic, and it feels like it is only worth RMB 2,000 to RMB 300 at most. It is really not very clean, and the carpet in that room is so dirty. When I got there, I felt that it mostly received tour groups. There were many people, but there was only a very small elevator. The attitude of the breakfast waiter was also not very good.

The service attitude of the young lady was very good. The security helped with the luggage. The service attitude of the waitress was also very good. She also gave me 2 bottles of water for free. The room was large, clean and tidy, especially their bed, which was very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was also very rich. They also gave me my favorite fried cakes and dumplings during the Spring Festival. This was the best accommodation I had during my trip. I will come again next time.

You cannot use the ID card photo to check in. You must have the original. You also opened the suitcase and took the ID card before checking in. In other aspects, it can be said that the cost performance is very high. The water volume of the tap hot water is relatively small. I called the front desk and asked and immediately sent someone to check it out. They said that it might be more relaxed. They also gave a solution and said that next time you check in, you can get a discount or free upgrade to the room type. If I was not happy with my stay, I would not give these comments.
