一路走來、皆是美景、遇見的每個服務員都很熱情、酒店在四季花海景區裏面、安靜私密、乾淨衞生、走出陽台就能看見對面的白蓮河畔、還有能遇見一些小豬、小兔子、小朋友玩的開心。早餐是自助早餐在華美達酒店、吃完早餐逛花海、下午泡温泉、愜意！適合一家出遊！推薦、下次還來。

雲頂7號房廁所味道好大啊，半夜都被臭醒了，唔着鼻子睡覺。衞生條件很差。不值這個價。而且一個房間限量四瓶水，這麼貴的房費，限4瓶？？？

利用我的節假日和孩子的暑假來到這裏住了兩天，養心苑的小動物超級可愛，孩子可以一直玩不膩，體驗感滿滿！整個消費水平適中，吃喝玩一體，非常方便，山上空氣清新，氣温涼爽，養心閣的早餐很不錯，特別是牛肉粉的味道鮮美獨特令人回味，付姐姐服務態度挺好，有時間還會再次入住。

12號早上打酒店電話詢問服務員，態度極度不耐煩，問你們酒店有什麼玩的嗎？沒有，而且我們酒店雖然在山上，但是你不要以為能避暑，不涼快的。我説有什麼風景嗎？沒有………OK去了之後也確實沒有！不會再去第二次，房間門口都被高高的樹擋死了，除了樹啥也看不見！也確實是熱的要命，還到處是蟲，從下車地不管是走到房間門口，還是從房間門口走出來坐車都像爬了個山一樣累死你！找酒店要個東西也是扣扣索索的不願意送！避雷吧

經理來現場直接説這是什麼自然災害，呵呵，也不是他們的原因，連一句最基本的道歉都沒有，請問這種下雨就倒灌的房間是怎麼驗收的？以後誰還敢來住？其次，我帶着小寶寶，行李很多，而且已經是晚上10點，外面又大暴雨，這種情況下經理還是執意讓我們打包所有行李換房間，毫無同理心
