Hotels in Wanda Plaza/Shifu Road, Yingkou

Stayed at Zhongtian International Hotel with a friend yesterday. I'd requested a smoke-free room and an iron/steamer in advance, and was happy to see the staff had already prepared everything upon check-in – very thoughtful! The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and they were able to switch me to the same room type as my colleague. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay; it definitely deserves a five-star rating!

Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Ambiance: Great atmosphere. Service: Excellent and attentive service.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete and the location is easy to find. It is a bit difficult to park at the door, and you can wait for a parking space. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the cleaning sister will clean every day. The light on the mirror in the room I stayed in should be problematic, and it will flash for a while every morning when it is turned on, hoping to repair it.

The location is very good, downtown. Health and service are no problem. But the facilities are poor, the wallpaper in the corners is peeled off and moldy. The hot water in the bathroom sink has a little trickle, the cold water is normal, and it is very uncomfortable to use in winter. The hotel in the northeast is not heating but air conditioning. It is turned on all night. Every time I wake up in the middle of the night, I have to drink water when I am thirsty. It is very cold not to turn on. The bedside cable phone in the room is not easy to use and is not dismantled. No face tissues are provided at the bedside. The biggest problem is that the WiFi signal is extremely unstable, and the network meeting needs to be hot on your own mobile phone, afraid of disconnecting and interrupting the meeting.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. The front desk staff were excellent, polite and welcoming. The breakfast had a great variety of dishes and was well-stocked. The location is perfect, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. They even provided complimentary fruit. It was a very satisfying stay.

Advantages: 1. Good location; 2. Large room; Disadvantages: 1. The shower corner in the bathroom has no closed glass door or shower curtain. It is just open. When you take a shower, the bathroom floor is full of water. I really don’t understand what the operator is thinking? 2. The bathroom exhaust fan can still work on the first night, but it doesn’t work on the second night. 3. The WiFi signal in the room is extremely poor and basically unusable. You can only use your own mobile data. 4. For some reason, even if the air conditioner temperature is set very low, the room is still hot. I have stayed in a hotel with this name before the epidemic. This time, the girl at the front desk said that the boss has been replaced. In fact, I feel that some aspects can be improved more obviously, such as how to partition the shower room. The open shower is really careless. The exhaust fan is not easy to use, the WiFi signal is not good, the air conditioner does not cool, etc., are all aspects that are easy to improve.

My overall experience during this stay was very pleasant and I'd definitely recommend it. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and check-in was super efficient – they verified my details and issued the room card seamlessly. They even proactively pointed out the elevator and fire escape locations, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless; the floors, windowsills, and bathroom were all free of stains. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and I relaxed as soon as I lay down. The soundproofing was good, so I barely heard any noise from the hallway or next door, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a clear wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was strong with stable temperature. All the toiletries were well-stocked. All the facilities in the room were in perfect working order, the air conditioning was responsive for both cooling and heating, and the multiple charging outlets were a very thoughtful design, making it super convenient for business travelers. The hallways were cleaned daily at a set time and there were no strange odors. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or walking to explore. Overall, it's clean, quiet, offers great service, and good value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, Good good good

Hotel service is very good, the attitude is gentle, the room is clean and tidy, the ~ is a bit old. Breakfast is also rich and there are many varieties. The surrounding environment is general, parking is convenient, you can park at the entrance of the hotel.

Yingkou is a great place! When I travel, I usually stay in chain hotels. They are clean, well-equipped and new, without any peculiar smells, and provide comprehensive services. They are comfortable and hygienic, and provide a good rest. The beds are especially comfortable to sleep on, and the mattress is a lifesaver for people with bad backs. It is more sound than sleeping at home.
